So this is more a LOST-related photo that symbolises something that makes me angry/sad, but whatever. In short, I HATED and was deeply saddened by what they did with Sayid in season 6. He was my favourie character in season 1 and I still loved him towards the end but the zombification and awful death were just too much for me. RIP, sexy torcharah :'-(

Who else loves Benry Knows Best? I remember when everyone was all about I Harth Darth back in the day but not being a big Star Wars person I just thought it was kind of cute. Benry Knows Best is by the same person and also happens to be flipping amazing and hilarious, go check it out if you haven't already!

Well now. I never really paid much attention to the soundtracks until giventofly37 posted this meme but since then I've been listening to them on an almost constant loop! I still can't really pick a favourite season from them all though. I always loved Sayid's& Jack's themes in particular, so this YouTube video is ace! Try to watch it without the pictures and guess which theme is which! Locke's is an annoyingly beautiful piece of music for a character I hate so much, hahaha.

Okay, so I'm getting a bit predictable now. But Jack has been my man since he first said the words "live together, die alone", for serious! I'm not one of the people that changed their minds about him after he rocked our world in the finale (if Foxy doesn't get an Emmy for that I will be gutted mind), I've never laughed at 'Jears' or found him boring - and here's the proof. Ha. As Sawyer once said, "Thanks, Doc. For everything."

Yes you better believe it, I'm one of those people - I flipping LOVE Kate. You read that right, Kate, the one everybody loves to hate! I understand the Kate hate sometimes, really I do, and maybe I'm biased because I'm a huge Jate freak, or maybe it's because she's played by the most beautiful woman in the world but... she's kickass. And believable, who wouldn't want a bit of Jack AND Sawyer? Exactly. Juliet comes in as a close second, but Miss Austen will always be my HBIC. ♥

Incredibly clichéd, but it's got to be season 4, episode 5... that's right, The Constant. I remember the first time I saw it, when I was living in Japan, we all loved it so much I even commemorated it in my diary. It's that damn good, folks. Helps if you love Desmond & Penneh & Faraday as much as I do though.

Well it was only a matter of time before I hopped on this particular bandwagon, stolen from the always lovely giventofly37. As you know I'm appalling at updating my LJ so this won't last long but... whatever. Let's have a bash.

Day 01 — Your favourite quote

Wow, this is a hard one to start off with! I'm not a Ben stan (could really take or leave him towards the end of the series, apart from in the finale because I was in love with everyone at that point) but he gets some of the best lines which make you go OOOOOH PWNED!. Here's a great example, from season 3:

Locke: "Bring me the man from Tallahassee". What is that? Some kind of code?
Ben: No, John, unfortunately we don't have a code for 'there's a man in my closet with a gun to my daughter's head,' although... we obviously should.

Flipping class. NOW, on a completely different tack but also from the same episode...

Jack: I asked that you not come back here for me and I wish ... I wish that you hadn't.
But I will come back here for you.

My Jate 'shipper heart explodes. This is better than the kisses, better than the "I love you"s. Chills down my spine. ♥

I have a feeling this might turn into 30-days-of-Jate which I'm sure you'll all enjoy...
