Meet Ben Truman
On February 8, 1987 Benedict Truman II was born in Albany, New York. In 1989, Ben and his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia where Dr. Truman began a 33 year career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For 13 years, Ben attended public schools (Henderson Mill Elementary School, Henderson Middle School and Lakeside High School) in DeKalb County. During his childhood, Ben developed a love for music and played the alto saxophone for 6 years.
