Just Tell Me When and Where

Hi. I'm Laura, 20 years old. I just bought the season one DVDs of Secret Life last night and already watched it twice the whole way through. I haven't seen any of the second season yet, obviously.

Anyway, I basically fell in love with Ben the minute he admitted he was in love with Amy to Marc after being rejected by her. He's really just too adorable for words a lot of the time.

And now, the gift. I wrote a Ben-centric fic earlier today. Little summary: Amy's having the baby and Ricky's in the delivery room with her while Ben sits out in the waiting room. Here it is: click

Anywho, the new episodes of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" start Monday January 5th on ABC Family! That's less than a month away! How exciting!

Kenny Baumann interview on CW11

Finally! Some press for Kenny. He really just seems so sweet and mature. Totally my favorite. It's a quick interview, but definitely worth a watch!

I was INSPIRED last night, and so I wrote this. It's called Natural, and it's a future fic, a scene that I HAD to write (out of fear that it would never happen on the actual show) about Ben & Amy's relationship. It's utterly sweet and fluffy. Set well into Amy's pregnancy, Amy does not go with Mimsy. This is an evening spent alone together. Just the two of them. An evening filled with thoughts, words, longings and love.

Celebrities can't expect not to be googled. I wasn't looking for anything personal, I was just looking for fansites or something awhile back and this came up.

I think it's incredibly decent when celebrities blog and are active with their fan base (like Zach Braff for instance). This isn't really that, but to me it has the same humanizing effect. This is his life, his passions before the show and he's not giving them up. I think it's really cool that he's still out on the internet like a normal eighteen year old guy, doing his thing and not getting wrapped up in the celebrity of it all. Sharing one's writing with the world is a very vulnerable choice to make (I know, I'm a writer at heart as well), so this to me, makes him such a genuine human being, not just some actor.

Having said that, his latest post is pretty interesting and has a quite thought provoking link in it to another post that talks about love.
