New and Mighty Avengers

I just wish that the pace of these could be sped up....

No, that isn't completely right. I guess I just wish that, somehow, MORE of hem could come out.
I love the actual pacing of the evens in these comics, but because they are tied in to a larger universe, there is a sense of "dragging".
By this I mean, that only a few days have passed since the end of the Civil War. That fight with Ultron only lasted a few hours.
This i only bothersome because I want MORE.

Anyway, I am loving these books. Some of the best super hero stuff I have ever read.

Do you not have something to say, and are wondering "what could anyone possibly have to say about superheroes?"
Do you love them and want to examine them?
Do you hate them and want to degrade them?

Consider this your invitation to come over and check out our superhero discussion forum , "The Cape Symposium" at www.thecapesymposium.com

Come on in, take a look around, read what others have posted, and let folks know what you think.

Finally got to meet the man himself at Toronto Comic Expo.

A lot shorter than I thought he was, but genuinely a cool guy!

Talked for a while about projects, future of some of the series' he's working on, told me he just finished penning his Jinx screenplay.

Got him to sign my copies of Jinx and Goldfish, and my entire House of M and Secret War series.

If only my film was developed I could show you guys my picture of he and I arm-wrasslin'!

The artists I work with, Micah Faulkner and Jason Krause, are at Wizard World Chicago right now. They are busting their knuckles open doing sketches and shaking hands to get word out there about our comic book.
Because i couldn't be there with them, I figured I'd do my own soft-sell push on the internet.

My name is Josh Dahl. I am writing a comic Book called Rapid City. It is illustrated by Jason Krause and Micah Faulkner.

Rapid City is a semi-autobiographical super-hero story about the music scene in Kalamazoo, MI.
