Trade, XL and Young.

Our Policies, Processes and Risk of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

We fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and oppose the use and exploitation of

forced labour or any form of slavery, human trafficking or child labour. We expect those who work

for us and on our behalf to share those values.

In our business, we do not employ any forced labour.

In our use of suppliers, we expect those suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act and we

intend to include a clause in all contracts regarding compliance with our Modern Slavery Act

Statement.

Due to the nature of our business, we assess that our exposure to the risk of modern slavery and

human trafficking is very low.

Training and capacity building about slavery and human trafficking available to staff

We will be raising awareness internally of our support of the Modern Slavery Act and ensuring our

staff maintain this zero tolerance policy regarding the use and exploitation of forced labour.

Beggars Group Limited has prepared this statement as its slavery and human trafficking statement,

pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
