Chanel Carmichael has a highly creative, talented, and diverse background within the house music scene. Specialising in the darker side of the underground. Her unique sounds of minimal/ tech-house gaged her huge attraction during covid 2020. Her music journey began playing classical piano when she was eight years old (Beethoven, Mozart) and performing in piano concerts growing up. From an early age, she was gifted and talented in music at school. She then found her love for dance music in secondary school listening to Dubstep. Dubstep inspired her darker sounds/ synths, which she then uniquely brought into minimal house using heavy dubby synths and bass. Chanel is uniquely known for the way she uses vocal (mainly female) in her tracks/ and the way she chops them over a heavy beat. This has gaged huge attraction from other well-known producers/ DJs who are signed to Solid Grooves, Hot Creations, Elrow, Deeperfect, and more. Chanel now gets bookings worldwide playing for well-respected brands, such as Dance on Arrival, Casita, Sulko, WE ARE FSTVL, and is now getting her self headline slots.
