hypernaut

hypernaut is a brand new multi-genre dance music artist based out of Orlando, Florida. The producer behind hypernaut, David Stefanowicz, has been producing for over 10 years and has dabbled in everything from indie rock to pop punk. In the last 8 years David has been climbing the rungs of the EDM ladder creating a wide variety of unique sounds across almost every inch of the dance music spectrum. With the hypernaut project, David has focused on creating multiple genre-blending styles that combine Future Bass with Drum and Bass, as well as a UK Garage and House. As a multi-instrumentalist David incorporates his roots as a drummer and keyboardist in each of his records, to create riding grooves that pair effortlessly with nostalgic and ethereal melodies. Beyond the studio, hypernaut has begun making his mark on the dance music scene by winning the 2023 EDC Orlando Discovery Project and performing on the Circuit Grounds stage at EDC Orlando alongside Nia Archives, Alesso, San Holo, and more. David has also shared the stage as Direct Support over the years for acts such as JSTJR, Robin Shulz, Joyryde, Flux, Pavilion, Cheat Codes, MUST D!E, and Dash Berlin.
