At the intersection of modern trance, emotional progressive house, and elements of warehouse techno is where you'll find Los Angeles based JANPAUL's signature sound. With direct inspiration from the likes of Above & Beyond, Andrew Bayer, Swedish House Maa, Third Party, and Eric Prydz, his style consists of hard hitting, club ready basslines, alongside memorable melodies, and euphoric main sections. In 2020, JANPAUL made his ocial debut with the single, Bulleit, releasing it on Emergent Cities. It climbed it's way all the way up to #40 on the Beatport Trance charts, featured in numerous playlists including Enhanced Music's curated Progressive Trance, and cemented his place amongst the new wave of emerging artists. Shortly thereafter, he followed up with his 2nd release, an official remix for T David's To The Next which received radio play and support from Taylor Torrence, Ron with Leeds, and Skua. But it wasn't until his upcoming release on Elliptical Sun Recordings, Cove, that had heavy hitters in dance music taking notice. It was debuted by Julian Gray on Anjunabeats Worldwide in late 2020 and the 150th milestone show of Gabriel & Dresden's Club Quarantine played by the fast rising star, Nourey. As he continues his climb within the new era of emerging artists, JANPAUL's passion for the dance oor and careful attention to what will work in a club and festival setting is what will truly set him apart from the rest.
