Edo Messina

Edoardo Messina was born in Ischia, a beautiful island in the Gulf of Naples (Italy). Since childhood he had a great passion for music, studying guitar and piano at a well-known local academy. After years of studying, in 2017 he graduated in ‘Ableton Live’ and ‘Cubase’ music production and immediately after in ‘mixing and mastering’ at the ‘NuT Academy’ in Naples. In the same year he released an EP on D.A.V.E. The Drummer's historic label "Hydraulix" and from that moment his vision of techno changed completely. Over the years he became known for his industrial sound, but from 2021, year in which he moved to Berlin, he began to notice a change in his sound research and sound design. He starts producing with a different exploration of sound. After stopping for some years to focus on new music, 2025 marks his return on the scene with a new hypnotic, dark and groovy sound. Besides playing in major cities around the world in recent years, including shows such as Operator Radio and HÖR for example, his tracks have been supported by famous artists such as : Dax J, Dj Rush, Richie Hawtin, SNTS, SPFDJ, Slave To Society, Swarm Intelligence, Tommy 47 and many more.
