For him, music has always been more than sound—it’s a way of life. His journey began at 14, driven by a love for vinyl and the electrifying art of DJing. In those formative years, spending time digging through crates and refining his skills as an A&R in a record store in Zaandam, laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for house music. Timchi’s sound is a harmonious fusion of deep, tech, and soulful house—a modern homage to the classics, laced with forward-thinking beats. Over the years, he’s captivated audiences at iconic venues from Amsterdam’s club scene to the sunlit stages of Mykonos. Sharing the decks with legends like Be Svendsen, Satori, Solee, Boddhi Satva, Greg van Bueren and many more. Timchi’s sets have become synonymous with depth, sophistication, and timeless energy. After a decade-long hiatus, nostalgia reignited his passion, as the music scene seemed to align with his roots. Encouraged by his close friend Badbwoy and inspired by their collaboration with Palane, Timchi returned to the studio with a renewed creative spark. Within 4 weeks before 2024, they finalized multiple releases, culminating in Wholesome—a debut EP that marks the beginning of a vibrant new chapter. Yet Timchi’s creativity extends far beyond music. As a renowned creative director, he has launched the brands Susudio and The Fountain of Youth Club, with designs worn by top international athletes & celebrities. His ability to touch hearts—whether through music, fashion, or art—sets him apart as a multi-dimensional creator. For Timchi, this isn’t just a comeback; it’s a bold resurgence.
