BEARD (GER)

BEARD is a DJ and producer duo from Germany, shaping its own melodic interpretation of house and techno since 2015. Their sound combines driving grooves, warm melodic elements and organic textures — detailed, energetic and always with a subtle wink. Carlos and Erik describe their style as “unshaved house”: rough enough for the dancefloor, melodic enough to stay in your head, and built with a strong sense for groove, atmosphere and flow. Before joining forces as BEARD, both artists had already collected decades of DJ experience, including resident slots and appearances at major electronic music events. As a duo, they continue to refine a sound that connects club functionality with musical depth. Their EP “The Heights”, featuring David Rossi, was released on Katz & Kauz and received remix treatments from Garden State as well as Uschowa & Raphael Mader.
