Nelayan

Nelayan is a multifaceted artist who has been producing electronic music since 2004. He started playing hardcore/gabber music in his bedroom at the age of 15 and quickly realized that electronic music was an escape from reality. He discovered techno in 2006, influenced by artists such as Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, and Sven Väth. For years, he performed extensively in Europe under another name, from Barcelona to Ibiza, including Montpellier and Toulouse, in legendary clubs like El Row (Barcelona), Bora Bora (Ibiza), and Dieze (Montpellier). After a European tour with another project, Nelayan launched his solo career in 2024 with new ambitions. His remix of "Aria" has been played worldwide by Space 92, among others, and his track "Antidote," a collaboration with Sonotik, has been playlisted by Alignment, Nusha, and many other artists. In 2025, several of his releases were playlisted by big names like Lilly Palmer. He signed a single and reached number one on the renowned IAMT Records label, founded by Spartaque. He also reached number one on the Popof and Form labels. Most of his releases appeared in the Beatport Top 100. Nelayan also released his best track, "Angels," on the Joyhauser duo's Memoro label; this track was played at Tomorrowland Brazil and Awakening, among other events. December 2025 marked a turning point for Nelayan when he signed with the world's second-best techno label, Arcane Music, founded by the famous DJ Eli Brown.
