Flaze (IT)

Italian born dj/producer, FLAZE grew up in the South of Italy where he was exposed to a variety of underground beats from an early age. The electronic sound - specifically techno - were his beats of choice from the early ‘90s; paving the way for his future career and artistic growth. His live début at the decks came in 1995; he started out DJ'ing at parties and subsequently he joined the Studio One Radio team participating in their popular house night. In 2013 he joined forces with his old hometown friend Nanni, creating Ruff Stuff and the connected label Ruff Stuff Music Ltd, with the intent of spinning a more raw and groovy sound. As Ruff Stuff he has released tunes on different labels, such as Shabby Doll Records, Silence in Metropolis, Rough Recordings, Rarehouse Records, King Street Sounds, RM Records UK, Cahoots Records, Quality Vibe Records, and more, gaining support from Marco Carola, Laurent Garnier, T. Williams, B. Traits, Marco Faraone, Javi Bora, Roger Sanchez, Ben Sims, Black Loops, Cinthie and more... Flaze is now pursuing a solo career. In 2021 he released "Brigade EP" under Entrepôt Records, which marks his debut effort as a solo artist.
