2024 marked a new chapter for Erin G, a creative reset that clarified her sound and the space she belongs in - the electronic scene. Erin is now taking the reins, stepping confidently into her solo work as well as continuing to be a sought-after collaborator. Drawing from a multi-instrumental upbringing and a wide range of musical influences, she’s building an electronic world that’s both intimate and expansive and uniquely hers. Erin’s newfound vocal setup has garnered significant attention, earning her performances at some of New Zealand’s most prominent music scenes such as Rhythm and Alps, Rhythm and vines, Matakanarama and recently Jim Beam Homebrew. A notable feature on EMWA’s ‘Show Me The Way’ caught the attention of tastemaker Zane Lowe, who called it “a f*ing heatrock”** on George FM. With collaborations on respected labels like Device, Dark Machine Records, and kiwi label Let Them Cook Records and a solo EP in the works, and many exciting collaboration tracks incoming, the sky is the limit for Miss Erin G.
