SL Small

SL Small is the Breakbeat aka of Drum & Bass DJ/Producer: Vandermou. Born in Seville (Spain), this producer began to enter on the world of broken rhythms at a very young age. His first contacts were at raves in the area back in 2007 where he fell in love with the style and decided to form his first group called Diversity. A group with which, for several years, he produced several re-rubs recognized by the public, performed in some venues in the capital and shared a line up with international artists such as Rennie Pilgrem and Atomic Hooligan. After making a name for himself on the national Drum & Bass scene since 2014, he decided in 2018 to restart his career in the style that he is most passionate about and started the SL Small project, debuting with General Midi at Sala Prisma and performing in Bristol (Southside Breaks and Wharf Recordings) sharing line up with ED209 and Borai. Thanks to his years on the scene, you can find songs from 2007 onwards in his sets, focusing on tech break, electro break and psybreaks sounds. In 2022 his first own track came out on the English record label Wharf Recordings and at the beginning of 2023 he released his first EP on Creative Sound Records, managing to sneak TOP 28 of the TOP 100 Beatport Breakbeat. Also he released music on the record labels Southside Breaks and Rebellion Sound.
