Hugo Álvarez, known professionally as Freny, is a Mexican producer and composer whose music is a journey toward human consciousness, spiritual connection, and love for our higher selves. With a career that began at age 13 learning guitar to express his ideas and concerns, Freny has evolved toward a unique sound that fuses progressive house, trance, and psychedelic elements, enriched by hypnotic melodies and organic percussion. His artistic career has been marked by constant exploration and reinvention. From his beginnings in electronic music with projects like Neurotrancemitter and Deusnatura, to his current solo project, Freny, his music has been a reflection of his personal and spiritual growth. After a period of hiatus, Freny returned to his passion during the pandemic, rediscovering the magic of musical creation and consolidating a style that defied conventional labels.
