Coming from the south of Brazil, Matheus Rodrigues leads the Fancy Inc project, one of the leading names in house music on both the national and international electronic scenes. Since its formation, Fancy Inc has reached significant milestones, gaining widespread recognition in 2019 with a string of hits. My Girl (with Vintage Culture) topped the Beatport Dance Chart, followed by In The Dark, which reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Dance Chart and was certified Diamond. This explosive year was crowned with Say My Name (with Bruno Be), pushing the project past 150 million streams across digital platforms. Another major milestone came with Cali Dreams, another collaboration with Vintage Culture, further solidifying Fancy Inc’s sonic identity. The track became one of their biggest hits, earning Double Platinum certification and reinforcing their strong connection with the audience. Recognized for its distinct sound, Fancy Inc played a key role in popularizing Progressive House in Brazil and became a reference in the scene, receiving support from major industry names. Their talent and consistency led to remix invitations for global artists such as David Guetta, Becky Hill, Joel Corry & MNEK, and Robin Schulz. In 2021, Free (with Vintage Culture and Roland Clark) reached No. 1 overall on Beatport in less than two weeks. That same year, Fancy Inc made history as the first Brazilian artist to collaborate with David Guetta on the track Alive, which surpassed 1 million streams in just three days. Continuing their evolution, Fancy Inc released Electricity, further consolidating their signature sound within Melodic House & Techno. The track surpassed 2 million streams on Spotify, was featured in the 1001 Tracklists – A State of Dance Music 2024 ranking as one of the most supported tracks in the genre, and reached No. 1 on the Melodic House & Techno chart and Top 8 Overall on Beatport, standing out as one of their strongest releases to date. In 2024, the project embarked on a new chapter with the creation of their own record label, Not Too Fancy, bringing even more innovation to the scene.
