Ugly Cat

Fidel Hernández, originally from Mexico City, has a long career as a DJ and producer, starting around 2001 and collaborating in various projects within the underground scene of CDMX. At the end of 2005, he formed his project Velika alongside Om-Q, with which they have released tracks on several national and international labels. At the same time, they perform live at different festivals, clubs, and private parties both in Mexico and abroad. He is part of NPI Label as well as Mandarina Records, labels where he has expanded his musical horizons, exploring new sounds, which he brings to the dancefloor. Ugly Cat Music is a project that experiments with genres such as Progressive House, Indie Dance, Deep House, Melodic House and Techno, which is felt in the groove and atmosphere in the tracks he produces.
