P.T.B.S.

P.T.B.S., also known under the aliases AFFLICTED and OKTAL3, is a German techno artist, label founder and curator rooted in underground club culture. Behind the name stands Ufuk Özbayar, whose musical journey began in the 1990s with a deep passion for Hip-Hop before discovering the driving force of electronic music. What started with influences from Trance, House and Hard House eventually evolved into a dedication to harder sounds such as Acid, Hardcore, Gabber and Hard Techno. Inspired by artists like Sven Väth, Luke Slater, DJ Rush, Chris Liebing, Marc Acardipane, Ben Klock and Lenny Dee, his sound reflects decades of club experience across Germany and the Netherlands. Beyond the booth and studio, P.T.B.S. is also active behind the scenes as co-founder of Afflicted in Techno Records and founder of Chains, a platform combining a record label, event series and artist agency dedicated to supporting underground techno culture.
