Jackson Swaby

Jackson Swaby is a music producer, contemporary fine artist and designer based in Yorkshire (UK). Music creation and painting have always been a central column of Jackson’s life. After his Fine Art studies, Jackson spent many years cocooned in music, growing the tools to capture and present his sound. This honing of his craft evolved into a visceral exploration of sonics, impactful use of his voice and the translation of feel through playing instruments. Over the years Jackson has regularly received support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 5, BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio, with multiple of his songs making top tracks of the year lists. His tracks have been played all over the globe by world-class DJs and localised taste-makers alike. Releasing music mainly on his imprint, ‘Order Materia’, which he started as a Fashion & Design brand in 2014, later expanding to encompass his love for music. Since October 2017 Jackson has shared a monthly mix series, ‘Jackson Selects’ where he shares his favourite tracks of the month, mainly exploring electronic music genres. There is an endless amount of tracks, albums and collaborations on their way to add to Jackson’s ever-expanding extensive catalogue.
