
HOUSEHERR
Story Hamburg, Germany-based DJ and producer Marcus Reisiger, also known as HOUSEHERR, began DJing in the late eighties and soon became a resident at one of the country’s hottest clubs – the Theaterkeller, where international DJs and artists regularly came to perform. During this time, he also organized the city’s first acid parties. For over three decades, Marcus has performed at numerous clubs and events, from Bol Beats Croatia to his own HOUSE HEAVEN parties in Hamburg, featuring guests like Victor Simonelli, Groove Assassin, and John Khan. He is also the founder and resident DJ of the renowned EFFENDEE parties in Hamburg. Producing In 2018, Marcus began producing under the artist name HOUSEHERR. The HOUSEHERR style draws influences from Disco-Boogie and Philly Sound to Classic and Acid House, crossing the boundaries of Deep, Soulful, Disco, and Tech House. His first label release, Keep The Faith, was signed to TRAKTORIA Records in 2020 by Enrico BSJ Ferrari (Black Legend) and featured the captivating vocals of Hamburg’s FEE. In 2021, 'Til Sunrise followed, released on Craniality Sounds. In December 2024, his new track The Chord will debut on the Hamburg-based label electronic groove culture. The energetic track blends elements of Piano, Deep, and Tech House, complemented by vibrant, soulful vocals.
