Escape

ESCape is the modern EDM project of experienced south african producer Chris Hoy. His background is in psytrance, where since 2001 he has been known as sHiFt, Pitch Hikers, Twisted System, and Mantis. He runs the record label neXus media from his base in Cape Town. In 2009 he approached JUST MUSIC south africa about doing some commercial remix work. They threw the bone and the rest is history. His style is varied and unique. It contains elements of Dubstep, Electro, Moombahcore, Progressive, Commercial and Breaks. He has remixed artists: LCNVL, Childish Gambino, Bekuh Boom, Z ebra&Giraffe, DeathBYMisadventure, Pascal&Pearce, Flash Republic, Cosmic Xcel, Tetrix Bass, Blitzkrieg and many more, available on iTunes through JUST MUSIC or on Beatport
