Dopeboy James

Dopeboy James is a tech house producer and DJ from Osnabrück, Germany — Scottish on one side, German on the other, hip-hop on both. He started out writing bars, ended up behind the decks in 2005, and today runs Brücks Club, the club where open format, house, and techno carry the weekend. It's also where his records get their first honest test: on his own floor, in front of a crowd that doesn't clap out of politeness. Groove with character, drums with pressure, built for peak time instead of for trends. Since 2025 he has been releasing monthly on his own independent imprint — and is currently writing the next chapter: his own voice on his own tracks.
