Blinx

BLINX is the project of Ryan White, a West Australian artist who has made his name in recent times as a producer and DJ of the Psytrance/Prog genre. Ryan has always had a musical background, learning piano/keys from the age of 7 and going on to study classical piano through the University of Western Australia and the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB). He has also studied high-level music theory and continues to teach piano in Mandurah, Western Australia. After being introduced to the Psytrance genre and much of bass music as a whole, he fell in love with its hard-hitting basslines and ethereal melodies. Ryan's journey into electronic production/DJing began. Making his entrance into the psytrance scene, BLINX's debut track, "Sax Party", released on the Psy Recs label. His second track “Heartbeat” launched with Psy Feature. He recently joined the WA-based Prog group Drop Culture, collaborating on tracks and playing to sold-out gigs. He has had the pleasure of supporting artists such as Jilax, Mandragora, Kore-G, Shapeless, and Necmi throughout 2022. Ryan's drive and commitment to the psytrance scene make BLINX a name to look out for, and he hopes to continue the momentum into the future.
