A coworker and I were discussing something today and he was saying all things fit to print on a wooden sign and hang up in your kitchen. And I rolled my eyes a bit. And yet, when it comes from Ted? I want to learn embroidery to put that shit on a pillow.

"It is our choices that show who we are, far more than our abilities." John Obi Wan Gandalf? (i didn't get what Obi Wan Gandalf has to do with John Wooden anyone?) But I took a gander at the pyramid tonight and yeah, Ted, invert that pyramid! (but win 10 seasons in a ror too please...)

Nate the Great, was afraid Ted of taking the glory for it, was afraid of Ted making everyone blame him, oh, Nate. But, man, in his last scene with Ted? I felt it. I have been there with the blowing up of every little thing to lead to rock solid unassailable proof that the other person hates you. (and then the hormones fade, and all is good again, but I know how it feels to believe it so strongly)

Roy and Keeley being grown up at home and Roy being SOOOO very supportive, but needs an outlet for his feelings. Needs to be listened to. Nice that the Diamond Dogs are there for him. But he never works out the balance on how to be so very supportive like he is, but also carving out space to acknowledge his feelings. I mean, it's the Ted Nate thing where Keeley is on the rise and Roy feels like he did all the right things, but they are still so separate on this.

"Are we breaking up?" "No, of course not, why would you say that?"

She reassures, but she doesn't wait for an answer and he doesn't give it.

And it's also like Sam telling Ted and Rebecca and Ted making it clear at who it was directed to.

Perhaps people will talk to each other in season 3.

Seems like the giant freaky wheatabix as this week's UK vs US reminder. (steering wheel side, spelling favourite wrong, etc)

Love that Sam is staying and that dude turned all Angry cementing his choice.

Rebecca gives terrible boss advice. don't hire your best friend!!!

But good bossing, comes from Roy! Supporting with the fist bumps before. And then a thing I myself am trying my best to implement, in having your employees come to the right conclusion by themselves and buy in and thus buy in fully. (but Ted did get reassurance from Beard that that was the right thing.)

LOVE WHEN ROY TELLS THE DIAMOND DOGS how awesome Keeley looked.

Coach: "I'd be happy to headbutt you." LOVE YOU COACH.

I said to my friend last week that after this was done, I was going to watch everything beginning to end, and I was going to especially now to pick out the Ted neglecting Nate scens, but I read a Nate (well Nick Mohammed tweet) that said that it'd be a waste of time since the two of them weren't really in any scenes alone this year.

Renaissance Painting portraying masculine melancholy. Hahahah.

Dani Rojas just keeps the conversations going long after they need to turn. Did it with the, shit, I don't know, Jennifer Anniston, My refrigerator has a TV.

Football musings:
As far as I understand it, this was a regular season game given that they were talking of points and stuff. So even if they did come in 2nd then they'd be put into the 2 vs 5 playoff game. It's not a do or die.

And either Jamie Tart is quick beyond all belief (can't see where he was when kick was taken, but he's twenty feet ahead 2 seconds later) or that fucking play was offsides and that means that whistle should blow before the penalty. It's all a lie.

Touching the Believe Sign like it was "This is Anfield"

Sam getting #10. vice #24. But then who is #10 on Richmond? Wouldn't Sam already have that?

Love the dig on Piers Morgan.

I am sure that they were pleased that they picked West Ham and not Newcastle United after this week's news. Granted they had to pick a London team for logistics and such. And West Ham is the best of that bunch with hated owners without getting too big time by choosing Arsenal.

Brentford was a lovely choice for the West London Derby, but given that Brentford JUST got promoted this past year (via the aforementioned Championship playoff game), it's also disconcerting.

Nick Mohammed playing Nate like he's Jose Mourinho? Jose takes three seasons to implode! But implode he does!

BABY GREYHOUNDS!!!! I love a full circle of life. Yay lion King.

I would love to read this post but I can't because I haven't watched season 2 yet. Probably I will remember that it's here once TL comes back up in the queue of Peak TV! (It's Killa's fault, she told me to wait til the season was over and that shoved it to the back of the line.)

This show, man. This show.

Agree with everything you said. I binged S1 just before S2 started, and now want to watch the whole thing through again.

God DAMN, Keeley looked good.

Renaissance Painting portraying masculine melancholy. Hahahah.

<3 I wanted to take that picture. Like, REALLY. I have a couple of serendipitous renaissance painting photographs, and I lurv them.

I also adore Coach!

And oh, oh, Dani, dear, sweet heart, football is life!
