As long as it's AU, you can post it! We're hoping to get the community up and active as soon as possible, and we're planning some challenges and bunch of different fun things, so if you're interested we'd love to have you!

Also, about community tags...apparently they're private to all other members until used. How do I reverse that default? Can I? How did you other community maintainers deal with this? Should I just go in after someone posts and change the tags up?

I just redid my layout and it's AMAZING! I love it so much because it's pink, and dotty, and very me. I am very happy, and therefore grateful to thefulcrum.

Go! Join! Participate! I really, really want this comm to do well so please pimp it out to all your friends! Mostly so I can get my Gigi soundtrack Because I believe that everyone either has an interest in old music or would if they had access to it. Or not, whatever, but PLEASE JOIN, OKAY?! Okay.

I know I have yet to give my opinion on anything I've seen in the last week (Harry Potter and 500 Days of Summer). I do have photos and such and some video, but I don't want to put any other video on YouTube aside from this one:



Um anything else you cool cats want to know about? I decided that I'm not going to "500 Days of Summer" again tonight not because I don't want to but because this is one of my last chances to eat some delicious Thai food from one of my favorite restaurants. And then we'll probably watch Annie Hall or something else that I found on VHS last night. There are LOTS of good movies that I have on VHS but don't have on DVD.

I need to write fic or something. I wrote a little original drabble and will probably post it at sitrow but I'm not 100% happy with it since I feel like it's covered ground. Maybe my Intro. to Creative Writing class next semester will help me get my gears turning again. Or...IDK what will happen.

I can't find the soundtrack to Gigi. This annoys me to no end since there always seems to be something old that I want to find but can't because most things on LJ are Top 40 or bust. SO...if I made a "classic" comm, would people be interested/contribute? Classics would range from the 40s (or even before) to the 80s (maybe a bit later). Soundtracks would be encouraged, but major albums of the time periods would also be welcome. I just want a place where people can find the OST for The Maltese Falcon and maybe Purple Haze or something.

I know what you're thinking, barkinmad with a graphics program? Scary. But, I'm actually getting kind of decent at it! And practice always makes perfect. Plus, there are five or six others who are totally better than me, so you can just ignore me and see pretty microspams!

Okay, so ibroketuesday and I (along with cookie_simone but I'm she's technically only in it for the "title") started a comm! It's Heroes, so I apologize to the SPN fans, but it's such a cool idea. Maybe it's because I came up with it BUT WHATEVER. The basic thing is that you go there and you post all your personal canon about whatever character you choose. We're going to have some prompts and stuff, so it should be loads of fun. Come join! It was be crack-tastic!
