OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!! I just turned in my very LAST paper! I'm D.O.N.E.! I graduate! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D I am incredible excited, can't you tell! I'm trying not to jump up and down and scream. (I think being hungry and only getting two hours of sleep has something to do with the excitement....) I am so happy! Ok, so I'm coming back in the fall for another bachelors.... BUT I did finish this and I am teh kewlist! XD
Ok, so I normally wouldn't find something so dumb this amusing or bother to post it, but it's so funny and cute! I think it's the winking. And for some strange reason reminds me of Jeph. (Jeph, you better watch this!)
So, class began Monday. One of my classes was canceled on the first day and another was permanently canceled. The permanent one I didn't find out about until the second day of class. Wow. Go school. So, since it is a class that I need to graduate, the department head let me, and others in the same boat, into a higher level similar class, ANTH 439. Well, this class is for graduate credit! It's not too bad, she let us off the final paper, but we still have tons of papers, readings, and presentations! The final presentation is 40 MINUTES! ;_;
The best thing about the class is that it only has nine people in it, five of which meant to take the other class. So talking shouldn't be too horrible. And supposedly the final presentation is more of a facilitating of discussion or some sort.
I thought that this semester was going to be easier than the last but I think I am wrong. :(
On the good side, I am graduating this semester! :D And I am definitely coming back to take four more classes to get my anthropology bachelors and a bachelors in graphic design! I might not ever get to grad school, but I'll have three bachelors! I am such a nerd.
So, I have finally started my Etsy shop and put some jewelry up for sale. Please take a look and let me know what you think. (And maybe a little word of mouth action?) I definitely plan on expansion to more than jewelry, but that will come in time.
I other news, the new semester starts Monday and I am totally not ready for it. I didn't accomplish half the things I wanted to. :( But I did get some done. (See above)
Happy New Year's Day! :D Hope everyone had some fun last night. Mine was rather boring. I was going to make some fancy dinner, but it didn't turn out. I made this awesome pesto and was going to put it on some fish, wrap it in foil and bake the fish. Well, the fish seemed ok albeit still a little frozen but when I took it out of the oven it smelled awful! Like ammonia... So I figured that it was a no go. :( I did have some awesome champagne cake and two little fruit tarts from Whole Foods. And I made some kick-ass rice, lol. Oh well.
We then watched another episode of Brisco County Jr. and played two game of chess. Will won both of course. :( But I'm going to keep trying because I have to beat him at SOMETHING. Then I'll probably be super awesome at chess.
