Kelvin (Navajo/Diné) Imagine if the Star Wars alien band in the Tatooine bar played crushing atmospheric death doom. Favorite track: Phlegraean Fields.
    Dan Curhan thumbnail
Dan Curhan Filthy AND progressive?? You've got my attention. This album has some of the most thoughtful and mature songwriting I've heard in a long time - excellent attention to detail, and a satisfying arc. Very, very good.
    Chimplord thumbnail
Chimplord I LOVED Barishi and was crushed when they broke up. I was beyond stoked when I found out about this project.
This is amazing start to finish.

    mrcjwmoore thumbnail
mrcjwmoore I cannot believe that I missed the release of this album last year. It is absolutely superb. I really like the cover of Eleanor Rigby, I think it makes for a great doom / sludge song and it matches the feel of the album well. Great job Kirk. This album does not disappoint. Favorite track: Eleanor Rigby.

EYEHATEONIONS Buy this epic album! Favorite track: Above All.
    Curt Wheeler thumbnail
Curt Wheeler We all know Riff Lord takes care of business! One of the well rounded song writers in the metal underworld we all dig so much. This offering from Kirk feels like a nice exhale of all his songwriting, riffing and lyrical talents. A well mixed album with an overall chill pace. Crank it!! 🤘🏼#hulkblood #rifflord Favorite track: The Dawning.
    hattori_hansen thumbnail
hattori_hansen I am glad that Kirk went for a follow up solo album. This is the mellow, melodic and mournful essence which is also the basis for the best Crowbar songs. Not to forget these Iommi-school riffs. Awesome. Favorite track: Eulogy.

zellamaim I absolutely loved the live stream of this album. Watched it so many times. My favorite part is the Lexin and Orion sections. I’d love to know if the Lexin section was a reference to Neverending Story. “Say my name!” And am I crazy or was Anneke the voice for Lexin? Dev, if you’re reading this, please put out more blu rays! They sold out faster than TP during Covid!

    saxon_now thumbnail
saxon_now I've been waiting for this for a long time, I remember when he started talking about this almost a decade ago... hearing its first iterations, reading its evolution through articles, watching the livestream last year, and here it is! Finally in its MOTHY glory! Cannot wait for the unveiling of it all on May 29th! Don't forget your lamps!

  5. Transmissions From The Field
    by All India Radio
    supported by
    Dreamerdon thumbnail
Dreamerdon Choosing tracks for an album is a very difficult task for All India Radio. Some songs are obvious but there is a group which battle to the death to get on. This release collects those who lost the fight, but are worthy to be heard by the masses. Early versions give you an idea of the songs origins, whilst others don't deviate too much. Either way, this is a worthy collection similar to previous AIR outtake releases. It's free, but any contribution will help the AIR show to continue.

But, I must say, Dying In A-minor is my favorite. It has a haunting quality that just draws me in! Favorite track: Dying In A-minor.
