Sometimes, music is a much better medium than words to define places, concepts, feelings... this album is a perfect image of the night, in all its aspects, from its immensity to its protection, through its melancholy and its almost alternative reality. Nocmar produces a second album as striking as his first. Probably my Dungeon Synth/Dark Ambient AOTY. A nocturnal marvel 🖤⚔️🌙 Favorite track: Wolfsbane.

carnalrain1876 Nocmar's second work delivers so perfectly and strongly that it is almost impossible to tell that it is a sequel to "torn out roots". Each haunting but embracing track carries the same cold, dark but embracing pallette of murky, far off hymns. there is a background element of drone to Nocmar's work that gives it a unique hypnotic quality which stands a cut above other ambient works. `10/10 and I keenly look forward to more from this guy. Favorite track: Reflection.

sashavonkarl74 I've never been into the band before because the blend of too many styles did not appeal to me, but a friend drew my attention to this opus as he stated "Judd and Co seriously got their shit together on this one..." and I gave this a listen and was immediately convinced. This is solid melo-black with outstanding guitar work! There is a lot of good variety too but within limits so it's definitely a keeper :) Favorite track: The Arduous March.

Shoigunjinsho dark, ethereal, lofi, mystical.... very purple sounding!!! Almost reminds me of Necromantic Worship. Favorite track: The Allurement of the Stygian Lake.

moorschwule Another masterpiece, S.O.A.C.B. never fails to deliver this excellent raw and lofi sound embedded in marvelous atmospheric synths.
