AndyMio Impressive, unbelievable images. And the music gives me an idea of how overwhelming, frightening and incomprehensible it must have been to take photographs amid all that ash. Perhaps the song "Carbon" expresses this unexpected, unforgettable and overwhelming sight (yes, I really did flinch while listening to it).

rvss.eel This sounds a lot like a continuation of Sketches From New Brighton, which means it is excellent.
The sound is so clear and bright, yet there is a sense of a shadow on the edges, or just around a corner, that grounds the album in reality. As far as I am aware, there is no one even close to loscil. Favorite track: Sturgeon Bank.

among-skied-deepen My favorite Loscil album. I love taking it all in while observing the lagoons of coastal SoCal. This music feels like a vibration of the beautiful world we live in. My wish is that we could tune into nature more often. 🧡

Wookito This is deep shit terrain, a most beautiful masterpiece that transports you to other realms where you are asked to feel the truth of who you are. The music dissolves habitual nervous tensions and stories and takes you into the mystery. I'm left with questions and a desire to keep listening again and again. Also, check out my album Purple Mountain by Robot Teeth, the second last track A Sharp Minor might appeal to those who like this music. with love.

JackG Another richly satisfying and enchanting release from Scott Morgan aka Loscil. A striking addition to the canon. The rocking, nautical feeling of 'Kamouraska' is classic Loscil, the field recordings a welcome addition. Favorite track: Kamouraska.

Gabi I went to the LOSCIL & LAWRENCE ENGLISH concert at the CONDEDUQUE contemporary culture center in Madrid. I enjoyed it a lot. Colours Of Air and now Umbel are great. A greeting from Spain. Favorite track: Dusk Gale.
