seanmcg_ Really cool heavy post rock, drums are amazing. Favorite track: Verses.
    J. Wright Reviews thumbnail
    J. Wright Reviews I first discovered Russian Circles in 2020, through this album. Now, with the anniversary sale, I knew I had to grab a CD copy! This album has the absolute perfect blend of heaviness, atmosphere and melody and the songs are written to give you just the right amount of each before switching things up. Some post-metal can almost overstay its welcome but Station doesn't have that flaw. Everything flows with perfection! Favorite track: Verses.

scott A sonic rollercoaster; so much tension into relief, nightmares into dreams. Favorite track: Verses.

  2. Blessings of the Highest Order
    by Thou
    supported by
    Michael Carter thumbnail
Michael Carter An album of covers that completely brings to life the first time you heard this, but I like it even more now,if that is possible, the female vocal tracks are incredible !
    cathedralchoirboy thumbnail
cathedralchoirboy Thou has done the impossible and made me enjoy Nirvana. Scentless Apprentice is heavy enough to move mountains. Favorite track: Scentless Apprentice.
    moggydon thumbnail
moggydon I'm recovering from an Ileostomy, having had my colon removed because of a m'fing tumor. I've got this stoma on my belly that I now excrete through into a fucking bag. Not happy. But Thou have put a smile on my face with this. Life's a bitch then you die. Best thing to do is make sure you've got a good soundtrack- and this is an amazing one

    by SUMAC
    supported by
    Sam thumbnail
Sam Being in the same room as these guys while they play was fucking amazing, so much talent and wonderful noise. I love other projects by each member but this album feels like each's best work, respectfully. Favorite track: Yellow Dawn.
    Urso X thumbnail
Urso X I've spent days listening and trying to come up with a coherent and original review for this stunning album, but I seem to be at a loss for words (a rarity for me). The most cogent thing I can say that hasn't already been said is that SUMAC's musical evolution and sprawling, semi-improvisational style strongly calls to mind a metal version of the critically acclaimed late 8os/early 90s post-rock pioneers Talk Talk. Singular artists, uncompromising vision, every album a masterpiece. Transcendent! Favorite track: Yellow Dawn.
    chandlerhank thumbnail
chandlerhank This album is a 10/10 all the way through, defining the dotted line of experimental. Favorite track: The Stone's Turn.
