bmurator Greek Black Metal. After their previous offering "Transcendental Mastery", these guys can simply do no wrong... :) I am simply a huge fan of chants (atrocious or not... :)) so this certainly started very well! This is not just another Greek BM outfit like Rotting Christ, these guys very much go their own way & forge their own path! Another great Satanath addition to their already hugely impressive roster! Love the seventh track too! Thanks Satanath! Highly recommended!!! Favorite track: Satan Triumphant.

bmurator Russian Black Metal. A vicious atmosphere mixed in with BM & a touch of DM. This really devastating in places & really manages to create some very oppressive ambiences - lovely stuff... :) Another great release by the already superb Satanath label! Thanks Satanath! Recommended! Favorite track: В первородном пламени (In the Primordial Flame).

Urso X I experienced an inexplicable sense of kinship with Fogos that I don’t often feel with many second-wave-type bm acts. It took some digging (into both this and their previous album) to discover why: THEMES. Archetypal mythology, mortality, vanity, psychic darkness. Thoughts of substance that resonate beyond lyrics and permeate the very fabric of the music itself.

bmurator UK Black Metal. If 1990s BM with a hint of Thrash is your thing then look no further... :) The awesome Satanath record label & Arrogant Destruktor deliver a solid punch to the gut with this album! Lovely little melodies all the way & a great addition to the already fantastic Satanath roster! No faves yet... :) Thanks Satanath! Recommended!

bmurator Cypriot Melodic Death Metal. Their first full length, "While Flows the Nile", was already great but this is on a whole new level... :) This is even better as Yoma 🖤 already pointed out! The melodies are more intricate & Julia Selikhova's vocals on "Lament for Osiris" add a whole haunting new layer of intensity to the mix... :) FFO Dark Tranquillity & the like. Another great addition to the incredibly impressive Satanath roster! Thanks Satanath! Highly recommended!!! Favorite track: Lament for Osiris.

YomaBarr Less cleans, more metal and better right away :) Btw, this band is a brilliant example of metal knowing no borders and no wars.
