  1. Blue Prince - The Original Soundtrack
    by Trigg & Gusset
    supported by
    manice thumbnail
manice This is one of those perfect albums where I can't consider skipping a single track. It's productive, relaxing, and pleasant throughout. It really is just that good. Favorite track: Under the Black Bridge.
    Filip Galetic thumbnail
Filip Galetic An incredible piece accompanying an incredible moment in the game Favorite track: Ovinn Nevarei.
    orofil thumbnail
orofil This soundtrack transports you to the serene, foggy, mountainous landscape of Blue Prince. The music sounds like it’s reverberating throughout the cliffs and forests, and it creates an atmosphere that can be at times comforting and at others ominous.

The instrumentation is great, with Trigg’s piano and Gusset’s clarinet bringing a warm feeling to it all, and the various ambient synths and pads working together with those. All in all this is a beautiful, relaxing album. Favorite track: Westwardly Winds.

    sonikdeath77 thumbnail
sonikdeath77 How often do you stumble across a band with multiple releases from within such a short space of time, who create music consistently this damn good? Well it happened with Kvuspara earlier this year, but it's pretty rare usually! Amazing project! Almost flawless, really. Everything I've heard just rips🤘🏼💀🤘🏼
    gnihilo thumbnail
gnihilo It takes a lot to get me excited about black metal (especially when it's labeled 'raw'), but this immediately grabbed me! Probably due to the organic production combined with the warm, laid-back post punky bass. (At least for me) a very unique sound with a suprising amount of major-key melodies. Also, a pretty apt title / cover combination :-)
    Highly recommended!

  5. Gift from the Trees
    by Mammal Hands
    supported by
    alextelemark thumbnail
alextelemark This record floors me completely! Absolutely wonderful. The way it ebbs and flows… A combination of a sensitive Philip Glass piece with the new jazz from Matthew Halsall or Claire Cope’s Ensemble C.
This is how I found it by the way - from another jazzfan. SLUGish orchestra also brings me the same kind of peaceful feelings, it makes me feel more at ease in the world. Desperately needed these days!
    bluegreyillustrations thumbnail
bluegreyillustrations Meditative and inspiring. There’s something about Dimu and Nightingale that never fails to lift up the spirit. If I had to pick one album to take to a desert island, it would be this one… Favorite track: Dimu.
    ajatuslapsi thumbnail
ajatuslapsi I'm a simple man. I see "Mammal Hands" I press play. Favorite track: Dimu.
