griscuit The Buzzy titles are an oft-forgotten footnote in HE's legacy, but they are home to some truly exceptional music. While much of this album consists of alternate "Muzak" covers of Putt-Moon and Freddi 1 songs, there are some real highlights on offer here.

In particular, hearing the elusive "Fat Man's Neighbor" in high quality is an absolute treat. The Buzzy main theme (JE02.MID) also sounds better than ever here. Favorite track: Lights in the Mist (Muzak).

Pep's Birthday Surprise may not be the most beloved HE title, but Team Fat did a fantastic job with the music. It's fun, upbeat, and charming, just like a certain car we know and love.

Even if you're not a fan of the game, I'd recommend giving this soundtrack a listen! Favorite track: Zooburst.

Cartown is a place I got to know over many years of childhood, with friendly neighbors like Smokey the Fire Engine, Mr. Firebird, and Putt-Putt: kindly cars who care a great deal about helping out.
