Biography
Jamie Barton graduated from Blue Mountain High School in 1982. Barton earned a B.S. in business administration from Alvernia University in 2007. His career experience includes working as an energy executive.[1]

Elections for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Incumbent Jerry Knowles was set to face Jamie Barton in the Republican primary, but Barton withdrew from the race on March 26, 2014, leaving Knowles unopposed. Knowles was unchallenged in the general election.[2][3][4]
