The Doctor was grinning that slightly manic grin again; that, in Donna’s opinion, was never a good sign.
“Oi, Spaceman! You’d better not be planning anything weird!”
“What?”
“Don’t ‘What’ me! I know that look. I should do; I’ve seen it often enough, usually right before we ‘ave to run for our lives, and I can tell you right now, I’m not doing any running today. Not in these shoes! You said we were going to take in the sights, do a bit of shopping, a day off from the usual.”
“I just thought we could…”
“Not today, sunshine!”
“Spoilsport.”
