Elliott Yamin Wait For You Lyrics

[Verse 1]

I never felt nothing in the world like this before
Now I'm missing you
& I'm wishing that you would come back through my door
Why did you have to go? You could have let me know
So now I'm all alone,
Girl you could have stayed
but you wouldn't give me a chance
With you not around it's a little bit more then i can stand
And all my tears they keep running down my face
Why did you turn away?

[Bridge]

So why does your pride make you run and hide?
Are you that afraid of me?
But I know it's a lie what you keep inside
This is not how you wanted to be

[Chorus]

So baby I will wait for you
Cause I don''t know what else i can do
Wait For You Lyrics
Don't tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I'm fine it just ain't true
I really need you in my life
No matter what i have to do I'll wait for you

[Verse 2]

It's been a long time since you called me
(How could you forget about me)
You got me feeling crazy (crazy)
How can you walk away,
Everything stays the same
I just can't do it baby
What will it take to make you come back
Girl I told you what it is & it just ain't like that
Why can't you look at me, your still in love with me
Don't leave me crying.

[Bridge]

Baby why can't we just start over again
Get it back to the way it was
If you give me a chance I can love you right
But your telling me it wont be enough

[Chorus]

So baby I will wait for you
Cause I don''t know what else i can do
Don't tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I'm fine it just ain't true
I really need you in my life
No matter what i have to do I'll wait for you

[Bridge]

So why does you pride make you run & hide
Are you that afraid of me?
But I know it's a lie what your keeping inside
Thats not how you wanted to be

Baby I will wait for you
Baby I will wait for you
If it's the last thing i do

[Chorus]

Baby I will wait for you
Cause I don''t know what else i can do
Don't tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I'm fine it just ain't true
I really need you in my life
No matter what i have to do I'll wait for you

Alrighty then, where to begin. For those of you who do not know, I was recently in the hospital for double pneumonia. lets just say that it was a week from hell. I counted all my little needle marks and IV ports and all together I have 24 poke holes. I am home now and I am feeling better. I am still wheezing slightly but for anyone who really knows me I wheeze almost all the time anyways. Although, with this past scare, I am seriously considering moving to a warmer climate to see if perhaps if this Michigan weather is doing it to me. If I do not move out of state then my mother and I will be at least moving out of our house and into an apartment. I also have quit smoking for good and all that jazz. I will not be jeapordizing my health like that again. That is certainly something I do not want to relive.

For those of you who can, you can stop by for a few but I will not be going out or doing anything for the next couple days to a week. For those of you who are unable to visit me then please give me a few days to calm down again and get back into the swing of things here before the phone calls start.

I appreciate those of you who visited me in the hospital and for those of you who called to wish me well. For those who did not know or who did not come up, I do not hold it against you, frankly I am glad that not to many people came up to see me because I was not in a good condition.
