The Star Kindred

The Star Kindred are those who feel that they 'don't belong' or are different, as well as those who are evolving spiritually and mentally, or those that are just plain interested in The Big Questions.

This community is a discussion group, a pooling of knowledge, as we try to make sense of the phenomenon known as 'Life', the nature of spirituality and explore the many kinds of physics ideas (i.e. quantum, astro-, meta-) with interested laypeople in a friendly atmosphere. Hearty discussion is encouraged, polite disagreement is welcome, abusive 'flaming' is not.

What we're trying for here is rational, grounded discussion of commonality of personally observed phenomena not well explained by the laws of modern science. We're applying Sherlock Holmes' first principal: "once the impossible has been eliminated, whatever remains, however improbable, will be true."

We're trying to figure out if what seems superficially improbable may be true. Even if it isn't, we'll find some fascinating ideas along the way.
