Welcome to
aspire2009! This is a place where we can share our goals and aspirations for the new year, support and motivate each other and celebrate successes. It's easy to make goals but harder to stick with them, especially if you don't have a support system in place or you don't know how to accomplish a goal.
My hope for this community is for it to be similar to
43 Things, but on a smaller scale so that more people would feel comfortable sharing and discussing their progress. One of the keys to success is receiving insight from those who know something about the goal you want to achieve. That's what this community's aim is.
Please introduce yourself! Say as little or as much as you would like. Post your aspirations list as long or as short as you feel. If you see an aspiration on someone's list that you know something about, feel free to comment to them and let them know. Update the community with your progress or ask for help if you found yourself stuck. Remember, no aspiration is too big or too small here.
If you know of someone who might be interested in this community, let them know. I want to keep it small, but we should have enough members to function as a real community.
