Chang-Do (Kim Byung-Chul) is a good-for-nothing scoundrel. One evening he talks to his girlfriend on a cellphone, but she gets hit by a drunken driver. The drunken driver is Hee-Sung (Kwak Ji-Yu). Chang-Do decides to take revenge and kidnaps Hee-Sung.
