Hikaru Tsutsui (Hayato Sano) is a high school student. He enjoys animation and video games in the virtual world, but he doesn't enjoy his real life. People at his school don't even know he exists.
One day, he cleans up the pool at his school with beautiful Iroha Ikarashi (Ayami Nakajo). Iroha Ikarashi approaches Hikaru Tsutsui and confesses that she likes him.

Then she for no reason becomes interested in a nerd and sticks to him like a glue. Why? She also is not just refreshingly feminine pretty. She has a good personality and meets with the family. Yes she is perfect. Why is she available?? Why is she into him?? Reason>

first of, i really thankful to the writer to write this beautiful story! I REALLY ENJOYED IT!!! this is one of the most beautiful anime adaptation for me! some people said it rushed. for me that really blind on the original story, it's all good. for me it's 9/10

i just a bit annoyed at the halloween party part at the start and at the end :/ is this from the original story? too random after watch this, i read 2 last chapter from the manga, and looks like the haloween part is just in this movie adaptation. hmm.. i still prefer this than the manga. dunno i will read manga or watch anime later, because for me the 'real' Iroha is this Ayami Nakojo. she is REAL 3D GIRL right? and that's the point of the story lol
anyway i just laugh at that doctor face when his bride just run away from him. omg this is so sad, poor him lol.. imagine how much shame he has and how much money he has spent to arrange that marriage? and how much time wasted in his life to be abandoned like that? lol... Iroha is REALLY a selfish person! lol hmm.. looks like there's no this doctor character in 2 last manga chapter. in the movie, his role is so important
anyway, good ending tho, no clifhanger etc. i really love good ending! Ayami Nakojo is really catch my attention xD i will start to watch her other movies lol

My opinion - I really loved the Anime so I thought the movie would have the same storyline but It was really shocking I think It would have been nice if they made the movie same as the Anime so what I mean to say is I really don't like the story in this movie It was kind of disappointing but they go together at the end and that's what everyone would want so my opinion is the film was good but I really more loved it if they had the same storyline as the Anime but I know everything has it's own unique way. I liked the movie & that's all you need keep the best work doing Thanks for reading my Comment.
pook chee yin Mar 18 2019 10:33 pm after tsutsui and igarashi fell into the pool, she suggested to him that he goes out with him. tsutsui got angry and utter some phrase. can anyone tell me what that phrase was? i didn't catch it.
Blackcocoxoxo Mar 15 2019 12:57 pm I've watched it and honestly I feel like the movie was kinda rushed and I don't know why because I haven't watched the anime before but I really love this movie tho..I love all of the actors here bcs they really portrayed the characters perfectly esp the main characters! I love how Hayato Sano made me laugh right from the first second till the last..his character really is funny, innocent and kind.. As for Ayami Nakajo, as usual, her acting is undoubtable..
But I noticed some plot holes there, I honestly had a hope that the ending would be good and enough to close the movie, but I don't know maybe it's based on anime, but it didn't make any sense at all.. I don't like Mabuchi sensei character here too, and I think that the other characters need more screen time so that we can know just a glimpse of their backgrounds..
It brought me to tears when I saw Yuto Ito character always brought their friends together, even tho I know that he'll always love Tsutsui :"))
And last, it's a very good movie, but to script writer-san and director-san, please considerate making a better spotlight of the story on another movie..I feel like the chemistry and screen times between Tsutsui and Iroha were so little and the same with the scenes with their friends..
I mean, if you want to make a live action movie, better just focused on the romance side or friendship side. Or if you really want to combine all of that, I think "My Love Story!" is a great example of a successful movie that had a full package of high chemistry romance and the true meaning of friendship..
Overall, I'll give this movie a 7,8 points from 10 points..?? Maybe I'll watch it again next time..
