Arata Kaizaki (Taishi Nakagawa) is 27-years-old and unemployed. He quit his prior job after working for the company for 3 months. Arata Kaizaki decides to take part in a research program "ReLIFE." He takes medication that makes him look 10 years younger and he is to attend high school for a year. There, he falls in love with female high school student Chizuru Hishiro (Yuna Taira).

Jami May 18 2018 10:45 am I have never watched any Asian movies before. Relife is the first Asian movie that I ve ever watched after eternal hesitation and boy I ve enjoyed it so much. This movie has opened the door for Asian shows for me. Now I used to watch japanese movies, dramas Korean movies, dramas ,Taiwanese dramas etc. Thank you Relife for introducing me to Asian world.

I'm happy with the ending.. at least the couple have positive possibilities to be together.. taishi as always is a good actor.. first time knowing yuna taira.. she is cute.. can't wait to see her in Miseinen Dakedo Kodomo Ja Nai live action..

athena Sep 19 2017 10:27 am the story has a good plot but i just don't feel the movie at all .waah don't get me wrong maybe the anime and manga were good i haven't watch nor read it so i'm basing my opinion in this movie.It was shot beautifully ,taishi is so young but his acting is realistic and on point .Maybe the other characters are not just built well and lacking . I dunno maybe there's just no chemistry among the two leads and the rest of the casts .?

Manga reader Jun 13 2017 3:31 pm I researched about the ending of Relife movie and I saw that it will have a straight ending, not a confusing one like the anime. Actually...I am currently reading Relife and it's amazing!! :)

joey Apr 10 2017 3:38 am I have a feeling that the movie would give us a vague ending seeing that the anime ending was vague as well. I mean this would make sense because the manga have yet to finish. (I'm dying to know how the ending would be like *cries) Also, I don't know how a movie can go in deep into the story plot...what I know from reading the manga is that when you think it is halfway through the story plot, nope it isn't. Not even close. It goes in deeper which makes it even more appealing. So I'm quite skeptical about how the movie would portray the storyline. However, I am excited for the movie to come out still because I read that there is a story about how kaizaki and senpai met as real high school students before. lets see how the story unfolds...haish...

Puri Dec 03 2016 3:38 am Chiba Yudai!! Yes!! I have been worried who will play Yoake which is an important role and a hard role. At first I thought Mahi will play this because he can do intense face well but it turns out he's Oga which I'm also glad because Mahi real personality is reeeeaaally innocent just like Oga lol despite his cool appearance (just like Oga as well). I can see his innocent look face coming XD Now that I know Chiba-kun will play Yoake there's no worry! I've never been dissapoint in any of his works! His acting is always good. I know he'll be able to pull out Yoake's double personality without problems ^0^ Other casts are very suitable for their characters as well! As far as I see on twitter, they are nearly perfect for everything! and Omedetou Taishi-kun! I know this day will come when you are a lead actor! You have quality to be.Taishi's bright personality is similar to Arata so much I can't wait to see him play this role. It will be fun and tearful! I really wish Button to be movie's theme song. It was an opening theme for anime adaptation of Relife and it makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time. It's really perfect for ReLife story. I really did cry the first time watching just the opening of anime because of this song and those pictures. I'm so into this that I type so much. I just hope this become successful.
