Do Hyun-Joong (Lee Jun-Young) is a bodybuilder. He wins first place at the Mr. David Competition, which is the ultimate dream for all bodybuilders over the world. Then, Do Hyun-Joong suddenly disappears from the competitive bodybuilding circuit. He takes over an old neighborhood gym. As a gym owner and trainer, he struggles to make the gym a success. In his pursuit to have a successful gym, he recruits new members. Lee Mi-Ran (Jung Eun-Ji) is one of them. She has never had a workout experience. She unexpectedly enters Do Hyun-Joong's gym after a shocking breakup with her ex-boyfriend. She believes in the words of her passionate trainer Do Hyun-Joong, who promises to change her body and her life. Soon, she faces an even bigger ordeal.

Though the story is simple and a bit weird, surprisingly i can finish watching it without effort, and get entertained enough. i am not really in to Jung Eun Ji but she's a good actress actually. Need to watch her in mello serious drama. Love Lee Jun Young, too. his muscles are incredible.

Been so happy while watching, the leads are the best especially the girl. She's really good in acting. I watched all her series and movies. This is a comedy drama that you should watch. You will enjoy every episode. It's midnight and u can still hear me laughing

Both lead actors are great actors, but the stiffness of the lead male and stiff conversations were offputting. I guess they were trying to make a point about health, but I am pretty sure it didn't get through.

She started going to the gym because she believed that changing herself would change her life. That’s exactly why I started working out too—when I was only 13 years old. Yes, part of it was because I was trying to distract myself from an ex (LOL), but the truth is, nothing really changes if you just keep running from your pain.
You need to face it head-on and learn to let go of the past. What will change your life is choosing to be strong, prioritizing yourself, and learning to truly love who you are. This drama isn’t just about fitness or romance—it’s about self-worth and growth. And honestly? It hits hard in the best way.

Had me rolled up & giggling watching their antics.. really a type of drama that help me de-stress recommended for people who want something light yet funny.. but if u feel this drama childish err who hurt u bro.. haha.. chillsss~ and I love the actor I was surprised he can bring that type of character too.. he so handsome ^^ too hahaaa.. eun Ji gurll u slayyy everytime~ it just so sad it's only 12 episode .-.

Jjoo Jun 13 2025 5:35 am Whoever recruited Lee Jun Young and Jung Eun Ji must have threatened them with something serious in order to get such good actors to act in this disaster, trashy drama. I'm really surprised by comments here saying it was funny because the type of humor in it was what you expect kids in primary school to laugh at. The characters are terrible and super flat. Every character has one characteristic and that's all about it. Like Lee Jun Young's character whole existence revolves around workout and every time he decides to open his mouth, it's either to flirt with his own body or say some nonsense about exercising. Not to mention his terrible facial expressions. Jung Eun Ji's sister's whole character is about being obsessed with her bf and basically trying to just sleep with him all the time. Jung Eun Ji talks like we all have some hearing issues and won't hear unless she screams her lungs out. And what about the scene in the first episode when she walked on her sister's bf in that creepy outfit and freaked out and called the police on him thinking he was an intruder? Like you literally knew him and know how freaky he and your sister are so how come you mistake him for an intruder? Even the training and weight loss part didn't really make sense. I watched up until half of episode 11 and I wasn't even really watching, I just let it play on my laptop while I scrolled on my phone and whenever I look up to the laptop screen to see what was going on, I let out a long sigh of frustration and go back to my phone. Absolutely the worst drama of the 2 leads. I just want to erase the memory of watching them clowning around in this drama because I really like both of them.

I usually don't prefer the slow romance however I did not get bored at all. I really like the Male lead since Class of lies days and the Female lead is so pretty will watch her works soon!!!

CGI that was used is pretty bad and the ML and FL so far are a bit annoying (its one episode only so far so giving it a shot). ML character keeps saying what the fat when seeing FL (who is not even fat!!!) if he keeps saying that,it might be another Lee Jun Young drama that i will drop,kind of insulting tbh for people who are actually overweight (like me).
It reminds me of Oh My Venus but at least there they made the FL lead look overweight,although they used fat suits and added prosthetics to her face to give her a fuller look but here its just Jung Eun Ji wearing big clothes to hide the fact that she is not actually fat.
