ameera I'm waiting for season 2

elistaeil I can't express how much I love this series. I still can't move on from hyunsoo cha. I thought there would be an Ss2, but it's not possible at this time. So I let hyunsoo live in my thoughts. I think the series is open ending. It's up to hyunsoo live or die. Hyunsoo, who no longer has the strength to live, jumps off the rooftop and commits suicide or live and take revenge. you guys notice? When he was on the rooftop in the last episode, his eyes changed when he heard the siren. For me, i'll let hyunsoo live and take revenge because it was public, when he went to jail but when he got out, no one knew. hyunsoo deserves live a happy life, but he doesn't. that makes me sad.

pri Can anyone please explain the last part of the last episode? Especially, the last scene was quite confusing. He goes to the rooftop and drops the cigarette butt after smoking it for a while. Then he looks down from above with an empty/sad gaze. What does that scene imply? Also, there was a scene where an insect buzzes around an electric mosquito net and finally gets trapped in. What did that scene try to portray?

Henna I gave this series top marks. The actors' performance makes up for anything lacking in the plot/script. Yes, there is so much absurdity in depiction of police work and lawyering, however, the acting is brilliant. Everything related to prison life is top notch. The maturity of Kim Soo-Hyun's character is amazing.

Sisi omgggg that prosecutor is so f*cking annoying

Jojoanna Corruption Deceit Lies rules... Evidence is garbage because it can be thrown away and replaced easily... Strangely how those who did not do the work properly ended up promoted...those plan ahead to prosecute "innocent till proven guilty" gets promoted. How dangerous can it get... And the smile they show...

Sadly this is how it goes in this "One Ordinary Day"

Prosecutor Ahn Tae-Hee and Captain Park Sang-Beom are both perfect for each other without a doubt. They do not think of others but themselves.

Praise Lawyer Shin Joong-Han for not giving up. His persistence deserves praise indeed.

Till the end Promoted to Chief Prosecutor Ahn still has to have the final say. Hey...the prosecutor and police did not do anything at all. Once the court sentenced Kim to Life Imprisonment...that's done deal to CP Ahn and Captain Park SB.

How to serve justice when they cannot even tell the truth. Chief Prosecutor Ahn is beyond hope. Justice ain't going to be served right or correctly with her sitting in the CP chair.

They so need a Season 2 whereby parents of Kim Hyun-Soo sue CP Ahn and Captain Park SB for ruining their son.

Am so glad while in prison...Kim Hyun-Soo has a Hyung Do Ji-Tae. Unlike the rest Do Ji-Tae helps Kim HS and am glad Bone Setter was there too.

Park Du-Sik is a total coward...no guts to face to face attack Do Ji-Tae... And how on earth can the guard not take away the blade toothbrush? Seeing how it goes with Park DS still alive and kicking after slaughtering Do Ji-Tae...there is definitely no justice at all...

Didn’t expect that person to be the real killer. Even after killing Hong Gook-hwa.. he can still walk about guilt-free... whilst an innocent one sits in prison

Thanks for a good series and it's been a good watch

Park Min The real mystery that was never revealed, did Joong Han manage to treat his feet fungus?! We'll never know.

Max If you are bored and have nothing to watch, then can watch it. Plot, it is about a naive college kid ie no brains, steal dad taxi car to drive, smart enough to remove cam car off, but leave the taxi light on, then take on pretty girl he cannot turn down lol desperate seeking girls lol and gets bully by the girl to take orders then silly accident. boring.........

Ork The law segment is really detailed & procedural here.

Cops, prosecutor, and lawyer got to the point. No dramas

Realistic. That's what I like. But it's too serious.

Honestly, it's boring in the half beginning of the episode, then it gets interesting by the end. You just wanna know how it ends.

The director shouldn't repeat the same flaws in season 2

javanese guy why it just 8 episode?, make it 16 ?

Na Kim soo hyun had the best performance in One Ordinary day and of the year .I didn't use to like his previous dramas but now i'm expecting more from.him.This kdrama is really good and the ending is so realistic .i like its bittersweet ending how it is.After watching it,i found it's a remake so i would say it's a good remake. The cast is amazing and the cinematography is beautiful .OOD is a must watch series?

Kdrama fan Sorry i had missed one episode ? Actually the show is really great and intriguing... Keeps on toes who the killer is and really well acted.

Kdrama fan What the hell is that ending...... Atleast complete

bobolee the story headline is emotional and a bit touching, but it has a bad ending, I didn't expect the movies to end soon

Kdrama Bunny I watched this drama because of KSH but I am very disappointed. 1/3 of the drama is about KSH getting beat up in prison, 1/3 about the lawyers skin condition, which I thought was excessive and unnecessary and the remaining portion of the drama is about the actual case and the investigation. This is t a crime thriller but a drama about the flaws in the justice system and how 1 wrong conviction can ruin many lives. *SPOILER* The ending was also disappointing because the the police and prosecutor didn’t get penalize for tampering with the investigation. This is probably what happens in real life, so I guess they want to portray the justice system realistically. However, that being said, if I want to learn about the flaws in the justice system, I would watch a 1 episode documentary or read a book.

Sky

  • SPOILER*

i refuse to accept the ending, so i came up with my own:

1. Lawyer Shin released the evidence to the female reporter. 2. Old Fuck and Evil Witch had their promotion/glorious retirement revoked 3. Prosecution and Police issued a public apology to Hyun Soo and family 4. Rookie Lawyer quit Evil Witch #2 law firm and now works under Lawyer Shin 5. Good Gang Boss in jail survived the attack. Hyun Soo upon release from prison now works with Lawyer Shin and Rookie Lawyer to prove his innocent (season 2)

Tin Have spoilers...

I like it, actors are really good. However if I were to rate how much I like it then it's probably just around 70-75% and mainly what brought it down is the ending. I like the story and I know that writers are only stating a fact about the police investigation and the judicial system, unfortunately though I am watching series to give me hope and not to slap the reality in my face... Again nothing bad about the series, actors and writers- this probably isn't just my cup of tea. I am enrage that the prosecutor got congratulated for winning and the detective getting the promotion and when the truth came out they even took the credit of further investigating... The so-called 3rt rate lawyer did everything and he still ended as a 3rd rate lawyer in the eyes of everyone... Also, it's so hard to help the suspect when he can't even say that he is innocent, even the last time when the judge asked him to speak, he still said he didn't know if he killed her (again probably because of the medicine so he really didn't know) but you're someone who knows your self for 24yrs, at least you should be able to firmly say that you will never ever do something horrible like that...

Elena Rose If you want a break from your typical romance/ melodramas then definitely watch this. I really enjoyed this series as I enjoy watching crime/thriller/gangsta type of dramas. The storyline was good and the acting was superb. I would give this a 8/10 I wish the episodes were extended to maybe 10 or 12 where we can see how the killer managed to kill Hong Gook-Hwa.

Ann I love cha seung won, i did not expect that it will end that soon, but anyway thank you i got to see cha seung won again in kdrama???. Of course i did watch one ordinary day because of Cha Seung Won???

tae so basically its dec 30 and i waited for other episodes and I realize it didn't catch my eye that its only 8 episodes lol hahaha, like fr i thought there are still some episodes coming as the ending is not fitting on me very well, i thought there could be still things happening and whatsoever.. but is doesn't smh.. i did like the drama but its not fully completed on me:) that's all

Hahaha For me, this drama is not good as the actors players casting. The story is too slow and what I expected about the interesting law process in the court. But it was too flat. The lawyer is busy scratch his exim, that was really annoyed enough while watching this drama. I watched till the end just because want to know who was the real killer. The rate is 7/10

Nikki SPOILERS... Rating 9/10

Y'all not happy about the ending but it is based on the original series "criminal justice" from the UK, so the ending is appropriate. I really enjoyed this series, it made me cry and keep me on the edge, and I was surprised when they revealed who the killer was. I loved the actors, they played their characters really well. Very realistic drama and something that does happen in our world. In the end, even though Kim Hyun-Soo was released from prison, the scene where he is on top of the building, smoking, you can't help but feel sorry for him. He's been through so much and the memories, experience and trauma will stay with him forever.

Kayyy Kim soo hyun deliver the best performance in this drama. This is the best drama of this year. All actors are great at acting and the ending is the best, it’s very realist. In real word, this is the very truth of what the victim will really end it like that. ? ? recommend.

Jojo Kim Soo Hyun's acting give life to the whole drama. The plot and the actors were great, the characters are alive. The ending wasnt bad but I can't feel but say it is indeed too plain

Huhu I'm not sure why people think the ending wasn't fitting just because we didn't get a grand mystery or solution. Rather, I would be more surprised if Soo-Hyun did it or Soo-Young was some great mastermind.

The premise of the show is examining the dynamics of power within a rigid system that rewards power and how it plays with "truth," in this case within law enforcement/legal world and within prison.

The former is relevant to the police and the prosecutororial team both of who, knowingly, looked to railroad the easiest suspect they had available to them. It was emphasized so many times: Hong-Fa's next job was dependent on the recommendation that Tae-Han had established based on the conviction of this case, the burying of evidence (the photos of the actual murderer), the forging of character evidence (Soo-Hyun's inhaler being removed), and then the cover up to save face when they needed to get the real killer into prison simply because the cover up was exposed. Among other things. The case being difficult or it actually being Soo-Hyun the entire time ruins the point of the show. The case is an easy case if it were investigated properly, but the point is that the police will go after an easy suspect rather than a proper investigation even if it is relatively easy (without a confession then Chan-Yeol's case could be difficult at trial considering Soo-Hyun's initial reaction to the murder).

In general, everything that happened is "normal" and things move on. Sung-Kyu was the prison king with only one inmate supporting him despite the fact that there was a whole gang there. Just as easily as Kyung-Won killed Sung-Kyu, someone could go and kill Nak-Kyung and upset the order. Seung-Won, not too long after finishing this case, finds someone that's facing the same predicament as Soo-Hyun. He has a similar reaction and repeats the same steps that he did at the beginning of the show: this shows that what he's encountering is routine. He never asks Soo-Hyun what happens because it doesn't matter. He "feels" that Soo-Hyun is innocent, but he knows that what will matter is only the truth that people are willing to buy into.

Am It is a good drama, everyone did a great and superb job. However it kinda failed to provide a satisfaction for the audience (at least for me) The buildup was great but it tends to get draggy and anticlimax. Even until the credits roll i left me wondering has it ended? That’s it?

Im Damnnn that ending was so flat and plain. Well the story did made me hooked up, curious about what happened that night. Then boomm the ending, it really felt like nothing happened in this drama, it does felt draggy but i still could bear it as i really wanted the case to unfold clearly, but ffs it was just revealed from a photo and a phone call… like fr i spend 8hrs for thisss!!???? Come on even there are no plot twist at least give us some satisfaction on how the case is finally solved, maybe like how the culprit could actually escape everything and not get caught till the end.

Overall the only thing i like is the acting, all the actors really did a great job kudos for that ?? And for someone who is studying law, it was great watching the trial go on.

Honestly it would be better as a movie, rather than dragging all the way to 8eps for all this mehh

Do ji tae fan Lot of ppl said negative stuff on ending but i didnt see that as an issue. In entirety drama was a drag with unnecessary nudity forved in so thete wasnt need to ectend it rather end it soon. If i dont enjoy early 2 episodes i drop a show but i wanted to finish this one despite not enjoying it so much. I would have said i regretted watching it had it not been for Do ji tae. Throughout he was the only character in whom i was intetested in instead of male lead and wanted to see his background. Actor playing jitae was super intense and character was the only interesting one in series alongwith lawyer guy. I really cried when do ji tae died.

To me it was illogocal how do jitae died cause being a big gangster he should have addtional group mates to guard his back. Anyways i wish he wasnt killed and had a spinoff show of his own.

Jil Great acting. Period.

Not the best of 2021 as this is a total remake of criminal justice.

Hilda I don't know what people were expecting but this is the most realistic kdrama since forever. The ending is annoying and that's the truth about life, most times people don't get the justice movies always potray??‍♀️

BlackDude Its a crime to have only 8 episode on such great drama

Jil Acting wise, this is really great, but im too updet how weakling is the lead. Lol

Miss This is the most realistic and artistic series :'( The ending would haunt me for days.. I hate the police and prosecutor -_- Superb acting by the way.. Feel bad for Hyun-Soo and Ji-Tae.. What I like the most is Joong-Han, an expert in disguise.

Daniel’s Bunny Yowww this is a good kdrama even for a remake (IMO). Some of yall commenting without even researching(not knowing it’s a remake). Tho of course, not everyone has the same taste. The drama concluded the “reality” of so called justice. (It’s a gritty drama obviously) And I think the director ended it artistically where we could see how Hyunsoo’s well being after all what happened and how the system is flawed but we still normalize it and just move on. Hoping they would continue to do the remake (season 2 of the og Criminal Justice)!

If you want somewhat similar (where the dude’s in jail bc he can’t remember what happened and wants to prove his innocence), but with more of the kdrama intense touch, that would make you binge watch, check out Innocent Defendant :)

Tes The ending is nothing huge but its not bad. why does every kdrama fans wanted a dramatic ending lol, just because its not dissociative disorder doesnt mean its bad. Dissociative disorder anyway is already used in a lot of kdrama, it would be over dramatic and cliche. And the one commenting below if u watch a lot of kdrama u would be dissapointed, tbh i watched a lot and its not dissapointing, its just u that watch too many overly dramatic kdrama

FC kim yoo jong Big surprise that Kim Yoo Jung in last episode wow

Tim Since this is based on the original series "criminal justice" from the UK, so the ending is similar to the original series, plus they can't just change the ending though, there are some minor changes throughout the series but stay close to the original, this is a remake after all. The two actors did a great job. Wondering if there will be season 2.

Chiiee The final episode was nothing short of upsetting but at least it was realistic?

K The story is as it is. Check Criminal Minds the original one

Hi Some people saying the ending is wasting and disappointing but that is not truth. If u want the drama from ep1 to 8 continuously u’ll understand the ending. This drama is not about who is the culprit or explaining the murder case, it’s about how the injustice ruined the people life, how the police accuse hyun soo and never check the very obvious evidence. The ending is not happy even it has to be happy in most typical drama. I think this is the best drama.

Country bumpkin They took me for a fool.

Chachacha Not my favorite KSH drama…I wasted my 8 hours, but KSH acting is great.

READ IT Never made a review, nor did I leave any comments anywhere else regarding kdramas. But I felt this is a must.

So read it carefully.

1) If you've watched enough Kdramas (enough to find it hard to find a decent - aka not cliche - dorama. And you only know what is cliche by watching a lot of kdramas), drop it out. The ending...I sensed something after watching episode 6. I felt like the writers was out of ideas on how to wrap this shit up. But I decided to go on since I was expecting some kind of plot twist, but there was nothing but pure boredom. I guarantee (if you've watched a lot of kdramas) you will regret wasting your time on this drama after finishing it. Nothing happens, like nothing. They drag you out on 8 episodes to bring out random and rushed conclusions. Well at least they were clever on making you curious up to the last episode, because you'll be thinking "No way, it can't end like this, nothing happened yet". And here you go, nothing happens.

2) If you are new to kdramas, just watch it, it may be of your taste. But later on, after watching tons of kdramas, I guarantee it will not be, since you'll be bored af.

Alice Some people are disappointing with the ending but I think this is the best ending. Cus the show is focused on how messy the law and how incompetent police officer never did the work properly but only accused hyun soo. This drama show how people can change their life in injustice law system.

captain hook Come on that it.? Great series but poor by how they wrapped the ending, lil disappointed..tbh

Mikel Tonio OMG my love Kim Yoo Jung is part of this drama. Thank you so much. She always gives her best.

SNLG ML's acting is really good. A good mystery crime legal drama to start on after Jirisan.

Mandy Tan i am guessing ksh is the killer and major plot twist will be him showing us he is able to use both left n right hands

Kay I think this is ksh best drama. The drama is a bit slow cus it based on one murder story but it’s interesting and thrilling. The ending of each episode give me excitement. All the actor plays very well especially ksh portray his role amaze me. I can also feel his fear, frustration and anxiety. This drama is one of the best for this 2021.

JustATheory I think kim hyun so is the killer because there's high chance that he had Dissociative identity disorder(DID) and might become the plot twist of the movie. Im sure that kim hyun soo will be release.

Chubby I think that Do Ji Tae got false accused of assault case and went to jail because of Hong Guk Hwa. That's why she seem like be brutal killed of revenge. Maybe they're involve to drug when she was young. He maybe not killed her directly but his inferior which is the male witness that Hyunsoo had a car crash with.

Country bumpkin Do ji tae got the composure of a person who had murdered a person before and have no regret about that (have not regretted - is a better phrase). I dunno how to describe that composure or demeanor or non-verbal or body language in words. But if you have met someone like that (in real life) you know what i am talking about (cincay). You got that tickling feeling that he was/ still is a predator, and you might end up as a prey. Or he is a lion and you are a wounded deer got cornered. Lol. My point is he got the full control of ksh, no other way around.

Happy98 I can see his passion in this drama production, but i loved the most when he's acting. Slow scene really not my style, i usually speed the video up 1.25 at other drama, but still slow with this one and finally feel comfortable at 1.60. Well just it.

Fei This drama turns me in to a new fan of Kim Soo-hyun! I've watched some of his popular projects (IOTNBO, My Love from the Star, Dream High, etc.), but none of them really show his real talent in acting. This drama, wow, really makes him to show off every talent he has. Now i know for sure, being "the highest-paid actor" is the thing he deserves for his talent.

alsya I personally think that Hyunsoo is innocent. I feel that Do Jitae knows something, and maybe the ones who killed Gukhwa were Do Jitae's men.

Tina I don't know what to believe anymore ?

SNLG Heard that this drama is good, so I'm going to start exercising my brain cells on this show too ! :)

Shaz i personally think that Do Ji Tae know something about this case and/or he know who's the real killer. that adds up why he always pity him and willingly to helps Hyun Soo in the jail. i'm so ready for the plot twist!!!

tolu Is it only me? I feel Kim hyun soo is the killer... I feel he is intentional acting dense so as to support his innocent claim. I don't trust him

Shairli Why do I feel that Kim Hyun Soo is the killer... as he appears so dense. Anyway good acting from everyone. A fan of Do Ji Tae now.

Summ3r One ordinary day drama,is 100% recommended drama, there's no boring scene and it makes me sit on the edge of my chair from episode one, everything in it is superb, especially the acting skills of every cast, cant wait for the next episode..

One Ordinary Day This drama is amazing but I feel so bad For Hyun Soo and his family I wish there was 16 episodes

MARTIN BLANCO Having so many hard times containing my hate towards the prosecutor and the police. And the ugly long haired prisoner. Only proves how good and effective this series is. Cant wait for the turning point of events. Gotta love to see some turning tables

Snow Kim Soo Hyun and his amazing acting skill ?

Meow_Mix Watching this because of Kim Sung-kyu <3

dramadumb why no one talk about kim sungkyu aka do ji tae, seriously his charisma in this character is the best. always wanna know his story more

Hi @Mika Pabalan which episode was it, where you saw

Ryujin I place my bet on guk hwa friend as the killer. Her girl friend not the boy one. I think guk hwa is on relationship with her friends boyfriend as u can the other guy at the funeral.then her friends might know about that and decide to kill guk hwa. 13 stab indicate resentment and I think it come from jealousy.

Crash Well, it's a kdrama so expect the effing unexpected, I will not be shocked if hyun soo actually killed the girl.

La @Ami he uses both hands but he's originally left-handed

Ami Anyone realize that hyun soo is left handed?

And it shown twice in ep 5.

I think its gonna be one of the evidence about his innocence or his guilt... About he being left handed and his wounded palm

Just guessing I think possible suspects: (1) petrol station personnel, (2) the guy who parked his car in front of Guk Hwa's house (unless he's a neighbour?), (3) step-father pays someone to kill Guk Hwa (obviously for money reasons). But anyway can't wait for ep 6 man! More court scenes.

Sunshine Who remembers that guy in episode one who was at the filling station when Guk Hwa asked Hung soo to get her a pack of cigarettes and alcohol...I think he's the one. This is to answer your question typical007

Typical007 Who is the real killer??

Meng1220 All the actors and actresses did really a great job.. Well praised to Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won's acting.. they are superb!!! This series making me eager to watch the new episodes.. Congratulations to all.. Spread your dreams ❤❤❤

Country bumpkin Cha seung won's character, he looks not healthy, I start thinking he is really ill. Lol Forgive me sir..., it is because your superb acting skill. Fighting ajussi..!

Alice This is the great drama, the acting is amazing and the plot is already grantee that it’s remake famous UK series criminal justice. The plot is the same but some of the scenes, prison and male lead acting is different. The male lead acting is wow, it’s speechless. I can feel his pain, anxiety and sadness and also the drama quality is so good. I don’t normally watch this type of drama but this one hooked me up since first episode. This is One of the best drama I’ve ever watched.

sowpi such a great film. kim soo hyun's acting is superb, he's effective actor as he can give full of emotion and portray his character.

Seyi I have always been a fan of KSH and CSW. This drama is terrific, all actors are doing a wonderful job in keeping me glued to the series. I am glad that despite it being a remake, it seems there would be a beautiful twist different from the original. I love when remakes have their uniqueness from the original.

I have to admit not seeing a preview of the next episode makes me anticipate more and ultimately keeps the suspense and thrill of the drama. To all the cast and crew of one ordinary day, you did a wonderful job??

Jil Too slow.

Great acting though.

But too slow, i can even sleep. Lol.

Jewels Seven Love the show, dam great actors, can't wait for next episodes.

Miss Han Hyo Ju : hilarious :'D

Han Hyo Ju I hope Hong Gook-Hwa revived as a zombie and bite all the prisoner out there and Ji Sung come as a devil judge with a light saber and suddenly Kim Soo Hyun remembered that he is an agent from the north.

Miss So far, The Guest has always been my favorite drama. But now, I will add one more. >,<

Kuddos for the casts, crew, and all the production team. This is, how to say it... Elegant. I like the story, and the characters, especially Shin Joong-Han & Do Ji Tae.

Clarisse Another daesang award in the making for Kim Soo Hyun! Even withough words, one can really feel his agony through his eyes and expressions. Superb performance!

Country bumpkin Do min joon went to prison and at the same time, cheong song yi went up the hill. Human call it ummyon.

Country bumpkin That lawyer. Lol. Ramen and foot lotion. ??.

das Didn’t expect it to be this good! Just heard this is a remake of UK tv shows. I’m speechless. The first thing that caught my attention was the cinematography. I thought it looks familiar, I’ve seen this before. Then I noticed it was the same director in Backstreet Rookie. I knew it, it looks really similar. The story reminds me a lot of Fabrication City by Ji Chang Wook. The actors are amazing. I’m a biggest Cha Seung Won’s fan. Love him so much, he’s very versatile. Personally, I’m not a fan of Kim Soo Hyun, but this time he really proved me wrong. I gotta admit he’s one of the top Korean actors. His acting here is superb. Just finished eps 1, looking forward to next!

Magnolia Wow, this drama is so good until now. Some of the scenes are violent but the male lead acting is so good that I can also feel his pain and anxiety. This is the best adaptations after the world of the married. This one is better than both British and American adaptations. Recommend everyone to watch??

Country bumpkin All are pros in this drama, (so far). When they open their mouth, they dont show it that they were reciting script lines. However, for less than pros, their eyes could fail them. The eyes said that the mind is reciting the lines. Almost blank eyes, even vacuous look is what takes form due to that mind thinking of script lines. Unfortunately we see these. But not in this drama. So far so good.

Country bumpkin Was the british tv series this good?

Country bumpkin Please pd nim, push the actors to their limit. Maximize their skills. 8 eps, it is gonna be intense, i hope.

Kim Manshi KSH is a superb artist..

Alice Kay Woww!! Kim soo hyun acting is mind blowing. Kim soo hyun acting just keep getting better and better. Only first ep but already hook up. Good drama

Dee.srs "nerve-shreddingly exciting" Kim soo hyun is best of the best actor. His acting can make us awasome as always. Great indeed

Paradiseana You've got a handsome, well known seasoned actor. With an equally handsome younger actor. It doesn't get better than that. Starting from first episode already. There's a well written plot. Which is what I always look for in a drama. With a few twists and turns. I don't get the vibe that the lawyer character is an incompetent lawyer. But has the ability to see the situation for what it is. Also, read people as well. Their true intentions. I already can see the soon to be retired chief has his own agenda. Doesn't matter to him whether someone is innocent. He just wants to end his career with a sensational case. Same goes for prosecutor. Wish it was more than 8 episodes. But you can only carry a story for so long. I can tell you those 8 episodes will be intense. Added intensity the writers don't provide a preview of next episode at the end.

Ayie Omg!! Wow!! I am just on the first episode but Im already hooked! Superb acting as always from Kim Soo Hyun!

mik1204 Based on BBC's 'Criminal Justice', by Peter Moffat (2008), and later retold in the USA as 'On the Night of...' (HBO-2016) - both excellent in their own right. I'm looking forward to watching this 8-episode KDrama - I dare say this great story needs another take, especially from Korea. As with many shows from this magical country, I'm sure they'll do a first-rate job! Keep up the good work, Korea!

Bono There's a same plot indian series also called 'criminal Justice'. So good to see kim soo hyun with another bang drama. But its only 8 episode drama.

scram My word. KSH's innocent face, along with an inhaler. Just go ahead and tear my heart out already. I just want to give him a motherly hug and say it's going to be okay. :)

nana i really waited for this! i even checked it out last week because i thought that its premiere was on the 21st and tada it was really today! am not disappointed on waiting for this drama to air - first episode first, check! still enthralled by how the emotions were intricately portrayed! it's just sad that it will only run on 8 episodes yet hopeful to see a full story without the cliff hangers pleasee

Sana Watch the first episode and wanting more hope there will be episode 2 today. Kim soo hyun cb is great indeed. I felt more bad on his character here he's weak, innocent, good student but he just too excited when girl invites her over and do something fun and have a night. It also resemblance ji chang wook movie Fabricated City which is he also accused that he raped and killed woman.

Can't wait for the next eps and I wish in last episode they won't leave us from hanging and all will be settled. The closer character here i believe is the perpetrator.

Aiaia Why its just 8 episodes?

Kimkim But.. 8 episods are too short....

gugu kim soo hyun is great but isnt he getting too old to play a university student?

Ganaa Rose, Suzy, Joy for female lead? What are you all 5 graders? Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won don't deserve shitty idol group so called actress

Giginaa Nam Ji Hyun for the female lead please!!

Shin Jung So-min for female lead

Gold Bae Suzy for female lead please !

Rain Since IONTB I haven't watch kdrama so I am really looking forward to this one.

Abi Rosé should be the female lead!

Rathe I think red velvet joy would suit the female lead, her drama characters so far haven’t done her justice but I am sure she will do well in this one if she’s chosen

Shairli Looking forward! Both are great actors.

Allyson I watched the first series and I think Joy (Park Sooyoung) could play Frances Kapoor well. After watch her 2 dramas I think Joy really has good acting potential she just needs a role that isn’t naive crybaby like her previous roles?

Liz Let's hope this will be more The Fiery Priest rather than Backstreet Rookie :X

Ais Top-notch acting is a guarantee with these two. I am so looking forward to this drama.

Nana So sad both Kim Soo Hyun and Han Hyo Joo refused the drama offer “ Finger “ so hopefully this one is good

ㅋㅋㅋㅋ i didn't watch the original series, but just hope this drama have less romance or not at all

sh ahhh yesss excited for this ... the plot sounds interesting

Yaya So this is the drama that made Kim Soo Hyun refuse Finger with Han Hyo Joo.

I've watched Criminal Justice and it's so good! I hope the remake would be good too

Nomnom Wow!! Kimsoohyun is back!! This is the 3 actress I wanted badly for this drama 1. Park Shin hye 2. Park Min Young 3. Joy (Rv) if this is thriller I think joy deserve a big comeback like this!!

Kiya So this is why he refuse Finger with Han Hyo Joo

Vg Please put lead actress as Krystal jung in this drama Please .
