Plastic surgeon Seok-Ho (Cho Jin-Woong) and his psychiatrist wife Ye-Jin (Kim Ji-Soo) host an evening dinner with their good friends. Tae-Soo (Yu Hae-Jin) and his wife Soo-Hyun (Yum Jung-Ah) are the first to arrive and are soon joined by Joon-Mo (Lee Seo-Jin) and his wife Se-Kyung (Song Ha-Yoon). Lastly, Young-Bae (Yoon Kyung-Ho) arrives late and by himself.
While the good friends enjoy a full-course dinner and alcohol, Ye-Jin suggests that they play a game. The game requires everybody to leave their cellphones out on the table. Whatever text messages or phone calls that arrive are then shared with everybody. What secrets will be revealed among these intimate strangers?

B Feb 21 2026 1:46 pm In my opinion one of the best Lee Seo Jin performances. The casting, the acting, the scenario are great. I think this Korean version is much better than the original Italian version. With the korean touch, for me, the story was even more interesting. The saying in the end of the movie by Gabriel Garcia Marques is an absolute truth. Love it.

A fine drama a good plot storyline Even though the scene only focuses on one location in the dining room,but the characters in the roles of the players are strong and full. They are able to play soulful. No wonder the senior actors compete to make the story come alive and interesting. It is an interesting domestic romance drama. 2 thumbs up

xxabixx Sep 25 2020 10:31 am eventhough the movie takes place mainly in the house, seriously the movie is so intense lol. you know, nowadays people consider their phone as their body and mind. imagine your phone being exposed to people, just like walking naked publicly. it's just like this movie. everything's being exposed, something you keep only to yourself, suddenly people know it too. but the ending is quite confusing though, i think it's overall just an "assumption", or maybe a "what if" games lol.

SaranghaeWooki Nov 24 2019 7:48 pm I was hesitant at first before watching this. So glad I did because it turned out to be a must watch film. It shows the reality of life and how honesty is really an important factor in any relationship. I was hoping the ending wasn't like that because I want to see the aftermath of the chaos transpire and yes I was mad because of all of the lies but looking back, I guess the ending was fitting. I don't know or have seen the casts from any other kfilms/dramas I've seen but their acting is commendable.

Alia Alaa Aug 16 2019 3:26 pm Feeling akward throughout the movie is what actually was intended, so I have no problem with that. I actually found the movie so realistic and interesting and I also think the end was fair. For people who don't understand I think they summed the last sentence of the movie, they show us the characters private life, secret life and public life. At the end they didn't expose the secret life because it has to stay a secret and they also showed us how chaotic it would've been if it was exposed.

StarDust Jun 08 2019 2:11 pm Just finished this movie 10 minutes ago. I watched it with my friends and up until now some of us have been arguing for the ending. For me, this movie should be watched with a deep in-sight. if you ask me why, I think if you just watch it with a mindset that it's a movie you can take the ending blatantly, the you will get the wrong idea. For me it's such a great movie, but just need a little kick in the end so whoever whatchamacallit's it won't get any mislead.

This movie also taught me the importance of being transparent and loyal with your partner or significant other or else who knows what would happen? They also managed to shed on some topics that some people might consider as taboo and they did a great job with those scenes. Great movie!

Amyus Mar 28 2019 2:11 pm An interesting Korean spin on the original Italian film 'Perfectos Desconocidos' (Perfect Strangers), which, whilst it doesn't bring anything new to the story, still tells and intriguing tale with a note of caution. Just what secrets are hiding in your mobile phone? Everyone has three lives: a public life, a private life and a secret life! My only criticism would be that the korean version does miss out one particularly relevant scene, that helps to add a dimension of true weirdness and 'What if' to the original. Still, give it a go. For those interested in something a little different, it's worth it.
