A collapsed woman, wearing white clothes, is found at a park in the early morning hours. The woman introduces herself Byakuya (Minami Hamabe). Except her name, she doesn't remember anything else about herself. She doesn't know general stuff either, but she holds extensive medical knowledge and has a genius like diagnostic ability. With just the smallest amount of information, she is able to diagnose any disease. She begins to work with a diagnosis team at a hospital.
Notes
- "Dr. White" takes over Fuji TV's Monday 22:00 time slot previously occupied by "Avalanche" and followed by "Who Needs True Love?" on April 18, 2022.
- Based on novels "Dr. White: Senrigan no Karute" (published 2015 by Kadokawa) and "Dr. White: Kami no Shindan" (published 2019 by Kadokawa) by Shin Kibayashi.

koffee Dec 22 2021 11:28 pm 80%-90% Medical dramas do well rating wise in Japan, actors/actresses all seem to want to get Medical roles. So this drama is bound to do well on genre alone
