Aurora If this was a revenge drama, the Choi girls will team up and kill Jeong-suk and her kids to reclaim their man...the way Seo is being groomed by her mother.

Hello SPOILER ALERT!!! When Jeong-Suk's friend asked her, "is he that good in bed?" and when Eun-Seo told her dad that he must have some irresistible charm that Eun Seo can't see, I almost died laughing from this both scene!! Eventhough at several times, I hoped that everyone in the hospital know that Seung Hi's and In Ho had affairs, but I'm glad they didn't. If someone says that Jeong Suk should've ended up with Roy, well in her defense, she never found her identity and never has time to think for herself because she got pregnant when she's very young. If she ended up with Roy, I don't think it will be a smooth relationship because Jeong Suk is not done with herself. I'm glad the writer chose this plot where everyone has settled down and happy with their condition and enjoy their life. This drama is so good, satisfying and has a very peaceful ending. Very very recommended. 10/10!!

ayaya a 10/10 absolute drama!!!!! i emotionally cried, laugh, it's really fun to see this drama! ㅠㅠ i hope there is more episode or more kind of genre like this? really hate to say goodbye to this drama cause it's so much wonderful?? u guys really need to watch this

angksud510 only need 5 episodes to support and become Choi Seung-Hi's team. The rest is used to support Jeon So-Ra. Sorry, there is no room for Lead Role this time.

lrt First half got me binge watching but the last a Big letdown!!

Remy P In the last episode of Dr. Cha, where was it filmed, when she took the ferry off to the 3 other places that she says she’ll be going to.

Es El Idk why I waited this long to watch this drama… but I’m glad I finally did. It is pretty good so far, the cast is great and the storyline is good as well. Can’t wait to see how this drama ends! Give it a try if you haven’t watched this yet :)

Unieoo From the comments her this series sounds very good, but now there is also a Turkish version of this, and people are totally praising it in every way possible. I wonder which one should I watch…

Jooshd My opinions about this:

1. I love the ending actually, I completely understand of CJS completely tired of loving another man and just want to prioritize her own dreams and her children. Glad that Roy found someone for him

2. I’m kinda glad that the writers don’t get too harsh on CSH or paint her as complete homewrecker. I mean, she was the victim of cheating too back then. Her ego sucks but her and her child unhappiness for all those years are enough karma for her. I feel comforting to see CJS words to her daughter and CJS’s mom letter for her.

3. On other hand, SIH and his mother karma is so satisfying to see tbh. SIH losing his wife and his children, his mistress, his assets, and basically all power given to him beside his works

4. I agree that all the bad habits CJS doing especially drinking deserves criticism like idk I wonder how in several times Roy was there he never stopping her of too much drinking

rusty greaves excellent drama well directed, acted and written......very disappointed that Dr. Roy and Dr. Cha didn't end up together and working together in helping people....so I thought the ending/last episode a nothing event and quite DUM...otherwise had me gripped till up to then well done

DoramasMp4 Outstanding Kseries by JTBC I love this series and missed its plot and love to watch it again and again. Thanks Director :)

Rachel This is shaping up to be fantastic. Like to see mature, experienced, brilliant actors who know their job. Great so far, well directed. Living it. Just watched When the Weather is Fine with Park Min Young. That was worth watching too. Good work script writer and Netflix.

Ulap I really enjoyed this drama! It started out a bit boring, but I kept watching and thought how disgraceful Professor Seo was! Despite all of his mistakes, why did I not hate him? Overall, I liked the ending, although many people did not. This drama is a hit in my eyes!

Rima I loved the drama, very nice story, beautiful music, very good acting but i agree with @Eliza - i am disappointed with the ending

Chey Jung Hwa has been an unnie since I came to Korean drama. She has rarely missed on a performance and her funny and goofy matches mine. Dr. Cha was really good. I loved her being a mom and daughter and an older resident with compassion and care. The entire cast was wonderful. She and Roy were very cool and fit perfectly. Would love another season. My one issue is they had Jeong suk cry way too much over a miserable thing of a husband. It would've been one thing if they were in love when the series started but it was already a cooked relationship. In ho was definitely a "bad bastard" as they say in Korea. ?? Just way too many tears even after 20+ years of marriage.

❤️ Lovely lovely show.

Song played in motorcycle scene Ep4 I've been looking for the song played in the motorcycle scene (Dr Roy Kim & Dr Cha) in Ep4, does anyone have the name of the song? The lyric is something like this "heavenly coming down too many memories... I fight so hard for a while..."

rc137 This drama motivated me to do a little research on liver transplants and acute Hepatitis. Thankfully, I’ve already gotten ALL of the recommended vaccines and don’t have any of the symptoms of acute hepatitis or liver failure.

rc137 Highly recommend seeing Dr Cha and hope they do a season 2. A little disappointed they skipped her return as a resident (after her 2nd transplant) but that would have been another 16 episodes. Love happy endings.

rc137 Episode 5 was so good.

Rc137 Uh Jung Hwa looks 20+ years younger than the women playing her mother and mother in-law. So her playing their daughter is believable, IMO.

rc137 On ep 3. When she said “he’s dead”, nearly died laughing !!!. Drama is fun so far. Main actress Uhm Jung Hwa is in her 50’s but looks like she is in her 30’s.

Just finished “Love To Hate You” and “My Perfect Stranger”. This drama is a good pick.

Zeila This was a little weird for me, since the actresses playing Uhm Jung Hwa's mother and MIL are actually only a few years older than her. Hate medical dramas where the female doctors are running through the halls in 4 inch heels! Get real! I totally agree with "That Girl's" comments below about the ending. Exactly what I expected. Some seriously funny scenes by Kim Byung Chul.

Jaine Yes I binge watched. It was so much better than I expected. Kudos to the writer Yung Yeo-Rang who deserves a page on Asian wiki. To the writer I say this! I love how you dealt with adoption. I love that Alison Rock was his adopted mom because I saw her in that role in Chocolate and it made it easy to see how he was raised to be a wonderful person. I loved how apologies were done, not in a showy way but sincere. I loved how the children were communicated with how it was not their fault. It was the most adult k drama I have seen because of the sincere ownership admitting how adults contributed to others pain. I also love the idea of a restaurant that actually cares about health! How fantastic is that! And to the writer; you know doubt know the feeling of frigid air on a boat in the water. In Quebec I experienced it one winter crossing the St Laurence and I have never felt more alive. It is something everyone should do (in the winter) if at all possible. To be alive! That is the theme! Thank you for writing this!!

Jaine I’m with Maleka Which is why I am looking at this wiki page right now, to see how old people are. I mean really, Roy is rightfully not meant to be a love interest. He was born in 83 and Doctor Cha in 69. Her mom born in 63 but she is so mom like I accept the age thing for her. I like the story so far. I am only on ep 1 but the ages of people were confusing from the start. Thank goodness “aigo” for Asian wiki. Gumsahabnida!

gasenadi Kim Byung-Chul absolutely ShoneE as an actor in this drama! He is the master of facial expressions from clown to pain, sometimes in a single take. Although his character, In-ho, was a spineless boor, the actor made him and the drama unforgettable. Makes me want to watch all his backlist.

liemak I like Director Kim Dae-Jin, he always stays true to the heartwarming story line and never "stray". His works feel up-to-date and extending to the present time. Bravo.

That Girl SPOILERS. A lot of viewers seem to be displeased with Dr Cha choosing to be solo and maintaining a friendly relationship with her ex-husband. Whereas, I actually loved the ending and found it very satisfying. To me, it makes the most sense. Her ending up with Dr Roy would have been cute but, not to sound like a feminist, a woman's happy ever after doesn't always have to include a man. There are a lot of women who after being married for so long and divorce just want to be alone for some time. She spent a good majority of her life being a wife, mother and daughter-in-law and sacrificed her own dreams and happiness to fulfill these roles. This is the first time in a long time being on her own, doing the things that she wants and not being tied down by her roles and responsibilities to others so being alone makes sense. She's rediscovering herself too.

Exes don't always have to hate eachother, some people are better as exes/friends than as a couple. Plus, they have children together. It just works better for everyone if they have a healthy relationship. He was a jerk but he had a very genuine character development so I guess Dr Cha appreciates the growth and the liver. Just to end off, not only does Dr Cha view her marital experience as her punishment for how her relationship started, but her personality is also of a person who is gentle and usually chooses peace.

With that said, I love this show. I laughed, I cried, I hated and I loved the characters. It was worth my time and I highly recommend it.

MissA Satisfying ending. Good acting, cast and decent story about self discovery and personal growth. I recommend watching Doctor Cha!

Maria Sequel please

Maleka The mothers of Doctor Cha and her husband are too young to play as their mothers, they cast director should found older actresses, people around 70.. those mothers look like in beginning of 60, when Seo Inho and Doctor Cha play as almost 50 people...for me that's very disturbing...

Darylene I am loving Korean television. The fashion, the scenes, the crying (OMG, can they cry realistically) the spoilt mothers (Sorry), the lack of breasts spilling out of tee-shirts, the chaste kisses, the beautiful people, the emotional (some would say smouldering) glances, etc. I too was a bit sad that Dr. Cha didn't at least have a moment (should I say night or 2) with the handsome young surgeon but as he was supposed to be much younger than she was, and he hadn't experienced a family, it was touching when she recognized that he wasn't her happy-ever-after. There is something to be said for life-long friends like Mi Hee as opposed to a lover. The ending also left me unconvinced that she didn't still feel married even though her ex was a loser until the finale. Loved it but wished we had seen other men (potential suitors) around her at the end so we could pick who we'd like to have seen her end up with.

Teume I'm so sad that this drama doesn't feel like it's over TT. Because this is a drama about infidelity that I like because the plot is not only about bloody revenge but is spiced up with stern scenes and funny musical accompaniment. I like the acting of the main cast, they are very good. At first I felt sad why Doctor Cha still insisted on divorce. Even though her husband was determined to change but after being seen until the ending. I realized that infidelity could no longer be tolerated. It's okay, at least I'm glad Doctor Cha didn't choose who2, nor did her husband end up cheating on her. I love the couple JJ (Jeon x Jungmin) they are so cute hehe. And for the acting of the main cast is very very good I like. this is my first time watching a drama played by Uhm JungHwa. Kim Byung Chul has always had good acting. Ever since I saw him, dramas have always played evil and are also very annoying. but in my opinion here he is not too annoying his congenital palinh want me to flick his kidney wkwkwk Doctor Cha's decision to prefer his own life is the best, especially since he has been married for a long time. So being happy doesn't have to end up with your partner anymore.

Shelly That was just bad on every level! Are we as a viewer actually supposed to buy that she was able to be friendly towards the ex after he'd been cheating on her practically since they got married and had a kid to boot! On what planet is that supposed to be even possible!

seina very good drama with good quality acting and storyline! For me the ending is also nice~ even they are not being together as couple/married but happy ending for all the 4 main characters

Alice Not happy with ending. Last few episodes were no good, disappointing

valerie disappointing ending. feel i wasted 8 weeks watching show. at least jung min and girlfriend acted v well..............real spoiler...............

Qas I am curious why they say Cha and Seo were married for twenty years. Is the son, nineteen years' old? Don't the med students attend university or med school for a certain number of years in Korea, and then do their residency in a hospital? JungMin would have graduated from high school at 19. He was in his second year residency at the hospital.

Eliza I absolutely hated the ending. ***spoiler****

Why would someone who's whole goal is to bring hope and light to others. Someone who has been dying to be loved, refuse someone who truly loved her. Like loved her enough to wait while she flagged around and figured out her life. She craved someone who would be there the whole show, and turned down the person who was there the entire time. It is nonsense. Not empowering, that a neglected woman couldn't find love and ALSO be independent. So... in the end, she is the one who ends up alone. .I would never have watched the whole 16 episodes if I knew this was the end result.

Renwa Mediocre nice enough drama…storyline & acting grew on me as it moved along but the ending although predictable & logical remained nice enough but disappointing. Guess after putting in the time to watch an ok drama, I wanted more.

Steffanie I actually Loved the ending. This was a really great show. Awesome job to the writer, and to the cast and crew as well. A binge-watch worthy drama for sure!

Mina I was enjoying this drama until about episode 12. The characters and the storyline are very strained and frustrating. I want to like the main leads more but they just are not good actors.

madam mew so, i love this drama at first. like really love it. how she tried everything to get what's her back, but idk her character seems to moving backward.

Byung What if they go for s2 and don't wrap things well? That will be terrible. I think drama was great till ep 8 after that it was only kim byung chul's funny acting that made people sit through it otherwise plot had gone very stagnant. Objectively looking it makes no sense for inho to refuse divorce, you did so much damage now let her go and now give seung hi and her daughter the family they wanted.

What ruined the show for me was cha neglecting her health and falling ill again. Her character was supposed to give people inspiration that despite setbacks you can make it but instead what happened. Also it would be good if writers clarify what caused her to fall ill again when her transplant was a success why it happened again, is it stress or some other reason?

Amyblossom Doctor cha is very very interesting..it is a family movie recommended for every family

May In real life, I prefer that they get divorced Forgive him it's okay, But she should start anew Cheating happens not just once, it repeats....

Dumdum If jeong seok will get a 2nd liver she will again neglect it and be back in same position. The woman doesn't have it in her to be grateful for good things she has in life.

Carol I just started watching. and at the end of episode 2 I heard really familiar music. I'm sure it's music from Tayo - Strong Heavy Vehicle Race Song and it makes me laugh

Jess By far, the worst drama I've ever watched. It's painful to see these actors try to make this drama work. Respectable cast. Terrible writer. No attention to detail and no effort to research for accuracy in medical terms/routine/etc. And I know, it's not a medical drama, but why put it in this setting if it's going to be painfully unrealistic and inaccurate (just proves how lazy this writer is). Also, the transition from one issue to the next and the resolution is just stupid. **Spoiler** For example, when I-rang goes to apologize to the mistress? Where is this sympathy suddenly stemming from and why is she apologizing and "giving up" on her ambition for art school. I've neeever written anything for dramas but this was my last straw. Also, for medical residents, they sure got A LOT of time on their hands.

geona there is a positive side from Seo Inho that can be emulated, he is very professional and serious about his work as a doctor. In the episode (I forget) he is not tempered or even talk harsh when a rude patient spits in his face. That also applies to Choi Seunghee, even though she has to become a main doctor for Cha Jongsuk's mother, she is still serious about trying hard to find what the disease and does not involve any of her personal matters to Jongsuk at all in his work. Such a very well mannered Doctors

Supersuper Honestly, I felt bad for Choi Seung Hi and her daughter. She did what she thinks the best for her daughter. I'd not do the same tho, if I were her.

Sansan Hope the writer not use the reason about her condition and her husband now will let and give his liver to save her and they will back again…ow if yes will be cliché soap opera and will skip ending.

M Another liver transplant? Wasnt she drinking alcohol and skipping meds? Also why do such job which her body can't endure.

JayKay Why is this woman ignoring her checkups and drinking wine after getting a liver transplant and she is a doctor?!?! How ungrateful and selfish. I’m watching this show cuz I like some of the actors and characters but I’m finding myself sympathizing less and less with the female lead and rooting for the mistress. She actually loves In-ho but Jeong-Suk married him cuz she got pregnant after a one night stand. Not the best show but am interested in seeing how it ends.

sorry not sorry for the rant Inho is one of the vilest characters I've seen in kdramaland. Yeah cha and seung hi have both done some toxic things, but no one is as gaslight gatekeep girlboss as inho, he makes me gag.

As if having a secret family wasn't bad enough, he's literally so slimy and cowardly even when he has multiple chances to take responsibility for his past actions. He's more concerned with what people will think of him if he got divorced rather than trying to right his wrongs in his marriage with jeong-suk. Instead he's trying to "woo" her into staying with empty, cringey gestures. And just casually trying to abandon seung hi the moment he has no use for her, acting like what they had was a random fling, rather than A Whole Other Child. And don't even get me started on being a jerk to roy just cause roy treats cha way better than inho ever did.

He's just out there trying to cause as much harm as possible to all the women (and son) in his life esp his poor kids who just had the misfortune of sharing his genetic material. Its too late for him to have any kind of redemption arc and I'll be so so mad if the writers try to force one on us.

lllll Ratings dropped a lot, people are bored by dragging story nothing really happened in ep 13. Frankly writers are dragging just make divorce happen and show something else like roy and cha and seung hi and inho marrying together etc

Btw how does chas mil's bf's wife knows about inho's affair and love child?

random Yeah I don't understand any sympathy for cha who herself proudly cheated and married and on top of it she was trying to make seung hi feel guilty by telling her how you used to look at me with resentment in college since cha got together with inho, so what was seung hi supposed to do? Put flower garlands around jeong seok's neck? Kiss her? Then seung hi out of misery leaves the college to go abroad and here again jeong seok is threatening her to quit her job, how many times will you get her kicked out of one place. There are people like seung hi who never overcome their first love. What I don't like is seung hi doing cheap tricks and efforts to make cha quit her job, if you are bold enough to date cha's husband then be bold enough to let it go out in open, all her anger towards cha aside but getting anyone to quit is not seung hi's business, on top of it seung hi's daughter is also a psycho case, she always compares herself with irang and tortures and bullies her. Poor irang is having it hard form every direction.

As such noone seung hi nor cha deserve sympathy because cha herself cheated with a cheater and married a guy who left his almost fiance, and seung hi for pursuing and dreaming of a family with a guy who not only cheated on her but left her so suddenly. Cha was quite shameless when she was arguing with seung hi for being wrong for having done it all, she started it herself. Why should seung hi and inho's past relationship be considered any less just cause they weren't married, many people live as bf/gf throughout theit lives with kids and noone bothers but suddenly here people think seung hi's past relationship with inho wasn't relevant as they weren't married. They were extremely closw that even inho's mom wanted seung hi to marry inho.

kuma17 Honestly kinda hate this drama…everyone is just terrible or incompetent ppl overall, especially Dr. Cha, the main character. She herself cheated with her now husband, when he was dating someone else, who is now his mistress. I really only like a couple of side characters, that are truly professional or deserving. However, it is an interesting drama.

Nice work I would like to be part of the team

GreatWD OK Dr. Seo is a talented artist, but did not pursue his talents....but his two daughters are trying to be artists.

Not really sure what eps 13, 14, 15, and 16 have in store for us.
It looks like to mistress character is up to No good being Dr. Cha's mother Doctor?????

CX @kl Your point is right. Dr Cha also said her son made a big mistake. Yet, I guess that's the consequences of being a doctor and nothing can be done about it. Even In Ho made a mistake before. About the unethical thing In Ho is trying to do, I am not sure that means okay for Dr Cha. It seems like she's being sarcastic to say how could you do that when the other person is Seung Hi. I guess, even that's not Seung Hi, her look towards her husband's unethical way is already bad. She knows that's not right, that's why when In Ho wanted to scold Jung Min, he imagined his wife saying - don't trample someone's character, instead scold him why he is wrong. That way, In Ho said the best thing to do when you made mistake is to accept and apologize sincerely.

I bet, she could sense that her son knew he made a mistake (thats why he ran away and could not be contacted), but to add more fire, it will lead to something even bigger (ex mental depressed etc), that's maybe why, as she is also a mother, she knows her son is wrong yet not doing anything instead let In Ho takeover. Better one person to scold, rather than two. In parenting, there should be one good cop and bad cop. Correct me if im wrong though :D

Panda Why is that Jung Min fault? The patient herself was desperately want to discharge.

And, Dr Cha’s wrong doing to Seung Hi is not comparable to her affair with Dr Seo.. They both were not married during that time. Seung Hi should have just move on. People who think Seung Hi is right has no common sense.

Ann Dredge Does anyone see what is going to happen next ? The mother in-law somehow found the money to give her boyfriend to fund his development. He will probably turn out to be a conman. Where did the money come from? The money probably came from the building that in-Ho put in Jeung Seuk's name. So I think that we are going to find out that the mother inlaw perpetrated a fraud by getting a loan from the building maybe by forging Jeung Seuk's signature. And we will also find that once again, In-ho has no regard for Jeung Seuk because he put the building purchase in Jeung Seuk's name without telling her. I hope that Jeung Seuk finally really stands up for herself. Divorces that terrible man, and finds happiness on her own terms. I am worried that Jeung Seuk's mother had received bad medical advice from Seung-hi. Seung -hi is devious enough to truly hurt Jeung Seuk in irreparable ways.

kl @Cx thanks so jungmin was at fault but now inho is trying to throw repsonsibility at seung hi and he tells that to jeong suk and she is okay with it. Why not suspend your son who effed up so big time and did such major medical negligence.

St.Jon Clark I will be so annoyed if they make her stay married to that two timing cheater with a love child. Especially when that hot rich guy likes her and is so much better.

TDS @CX exactly right Dr. Seo is and was a jerk; however, Dr. Cha can do much better without her husband!!!!!

Dr. Cha can finally live a life helping others and herself with the money and funding that was given to the hospital.

   Fighting for Dr. Cha!!!!!!!

CX Actually Jung Min's fault is that, as a doctor, he should banned that girl from leaving the hospital - even though the girl herself refuse to get admitted. Let's see from doctor perspective where doctor is a professional, thus he should be able to tell whether the girl condition is really life threatening or her condition is one of common problems.

From what I see, Jung Min do not perform CT scan/other test to check, as he assumed it is something normal and let her go. I know, the girl is at fault too for refusing, but if the doctor did not allow her to be discharged, maybe they can run few test and hopefully can still help her.

Even though she is terminally ill, but the lack of attention on her condition brings as if the doctor and hospital neglects the patient. I think this is what I get from the latest episode.

Anw, I know In Ho is such a jerk, even having child out of wedlock, but to see him start to care for Dr Cha, I feel slightly touched. I hope at least Dr Cha think about the divorce carefully, not following her emotion and see what's really the best for her. I mean...when you are married, it's not that easy to just follow your emotion and overlook so many years together. It's true they are not in a loving relationship and she'd been neglected. But they are together as a couple and raising their child together for many years, that means they had been through hard times together to finally reach their current condition.

I hope In Ho now realized how he takes things for granted and now he's gonna lose it.

Kiki Halfway through. I give it a 4.6 out of 5 stars. Perfect blend of comedy and drama. Script is great.

kl I didn't understand what was jung min's msitake here because wasn't that girl herself refusing treatment as she wanted to raise the child?

What really felt shocking that cha always acts like she is very righteous but when her trash husband openly shares his thoughts of diverting her son's blame to someone else she only cares that he is doing it to seung hi but has no concern that the whole thing he is planning is unethical and wrong but for her son she remains quiet.

TDS You will find out why the Mistress is not the lead in the drama????

   Just keep on watching!!!!!
Fighting Dr. Cha......first Dr. Seo, his mother, mistress, are all the same selfish(lacking consideration for others; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit or pleasure).

Jenny I watched it because of I was intrigued with the high ratings. But Dr

Cha's character is so annoying. Why can't she do anything right? Like at least be a competent doctor if you can't handle your personal matters. Even her daughter's education she can't deal with. I can sympathize with I-rang on this one. Also, I can't hate Seunghi. Why make.her the villain when she was the victim in the first place? Sorry for ranting i just don't get why her character is the lead.

sol Still on Dr.Cha's side. They were immature back then. But when Seung Hi got In Ho back , which was while they were residents , she was aware he was married and still had his child. In Med School they were barely 20. What seung hi did was way more wrong than what Cha did since In Ho was married. Anyways , pitting two succesful women against each other while the the real reason is chilling is the worst. The one who is majorly at fault is In Ho. He deceived his wife for years and maintained a second family. How cheap. I hope Dr.Cha leaves him and finds her real own happiness. And I hope Roy stays by her side to support her. Hoping In Ho has a horrible ending in his fate.

random Chii seung hi was right on rooftop conversation, dr cha stole the man and now gets the same, don't get why cha is playing so much victim and all when she did it all in past.

WowDrama So his mistress is going to Kill Dr Seo, it seems like that is why she is crazy!!

Going to jail for murder means, she does not care about her daughter!!!!
Fighting for Dr. Cha

Steve Very soapy like an American daytime drama. Uhm Jung-Hwa miscast - so many blank looks. Despite the high production value, the show falls flat. It alternates between moribund and boring. The high AGB Nielsen Korea ratings are shocking really.

Ledwin why won't Dr Cha pursue her career since the president promised to help her and donated a billion and why shouldn't she threaten her husband ,the donation will be withdrawn if she is not given a chance to pursue her career. Why doesn't she do an internship in another hospital so that she can show that she can do it and that she is smart and when she comes back she should change hier aura, look better and different. And that mistress, why is she going back to what she used to be since she already had a child with someone else..I hope dr kim, strays from her and they become in relationship with Dr Cha. All casts are great. I love the beautu of Dr Cha as being mom for years where she has been dedicated her life for her family that's why she looks old on that plot. Bit when she has entered her internship, she looks pretty. Since her husband has deceiving her so manybyears, its time for her to shine and pay attention to herself.

Sid I have to admit when I first saw the trailer I thought it was good to be some soap opera type drama something not well written or no real direction but I have enjoyed this drama from the very first episode. Each episode is well written and characters are developing nicely, I cant wait for each new episode. I hope they will give us a season 2.

markleelvr jeon sora's character is terrible, great actress but omg she gets on my nerves ?

Tsundere I don't like the father in the beginning, but I adore the plot, and when I saw Min Wook Hyuk, I could tell he was catching my attention. The plot was excellent, and I was expecting that Dr. Kim and Dr. Cha would end up dating. Age is irrelevant in relationships because Dr. In ho has been cheating on his wife for a very long period. Age doesn't mattet in love.

Jill Dr. Cha’s mom is only six years older in real life. I have a hard time watching them interact. But Uhm Jong Hwa is such a great actress that she makes it work.

Another thing, I wish Korean dramas stopped casting extremely young actors to play the love interest. I don't see any chemistry with Roy. I want her to divorce and live alone and be happy.

Likey I love this drama it’s hilarious especially when she said my husband is dead hahaha, i also like her husband portrayed his role it’s amazing he looks like mr. Bean, stupid looking but entertaining

Haniey Why homewrecker never felt any guilty and conscience and always play victim? women should never hurt others women Feeling.

Alice Pls marry Roy.

NN The husband is cowardly and selfish bastard. Dr. Cha don't think about the good of your family anymore when u are hurt suffering, just make a choice for you happines.

WowDrama Hopefully there will be a Divorce and Dr. Cha can be Happy.

To be Honest there isn't really a family because they are all adults.

Jerk can go be with his woman.....mother/daughter in U.S.

Random Seriously inho is an asshole, just let her go, you won't sleep with her, you would cheat on her, you would leave her behind at hospital to holiday with mistress she is no more than a pet to him he is used to having at home just let her go. I don't like cha much but at this point her husband and mil are too cruel. Also how she raised her kids both are useless people. If there is no divorce then this will be so horrible.

sf @G, In my opinion, Roy Kim only gives Doctor Cha support in her work and makes Doctor's Cha husband jealous. Until now it works.

Totallytwisted Why Slap Dr. Seo because he know what he did with his ex girl friend.

Dr. Seo and the mistress really don' t care about their behavior.
It is just messy for unforgivable????????

Panda I don’t care about the storyline.. the story and the characters are so funny..

Totallytwisted Not feeling this drama at all because of the family dynamics!!!!

Disgusting father, mistress, daughter of mistress, and mistress mother in law...let's add the son as well.

Dexter ang van Looks like misandry to me, Also sorry is to long

roj I am reminded once again that Um Jung-hwa is very good at her craft.

Older woman Reading many of these comments and want to say that I believe many of you must be very young and cannot grasp the conflict and humour in some of these situations in the series.

billieminshi What’s the song title played in episode 4 while dr cha & dr roy were riding on the motorbike?

Julie I wish the timeline of events made more sense. How has she been a housewife for only 20 years if her oldest is in his 2nd year of residency, that means he’d be around 26 yrs old. If the daughters are around 18 since they are hs seniors then that means 7 years in to their marriage the husband was cheating on the wife. I understood it as he did some or all of his residency in the same US hospital that has mistress did Would love more clarification on that. Then 15 years later the mistress moves back to Korea and he has been cheating again for the past 3 years.

junnie Can someone pls shake up or slap Dr. Seo?? How can any guy hide an affair And treat his wife so badly like that? He literally deserves an award for being the most coward husband you can ever find.

She literally deserves 100000000% better. Ofc she has her ups and downs in the series, but at least she's a kind person, mom, wife, and daughter-in-law. Like. I don't even blame Roy for falling for her (lol when he told her to stop smiling at him xDDD so cuteeee). If she doesn't end up either becoming single or dating Roy, I'm literally done w this kdrama world.

Pls director-nim, make this a good ending. We need this Dr. Seo to either drop his title or go thru some 100000 levels of suffering.

Wife of Choi Si Won I like it. Fast paced.

Not that stressful eventhough it's about infidelity.

David Very entertaining. I wish entertaining Korean dramas like Doctor Cha would have many seasons.

Nikki Some of the comments seem just ludicrous to me. This is a show. I find that each character is relatable. I know that families will keep secrets in an effort to spare pain. It is common for 20 year old's to do dumb stuff not realizing how the consequences would affect them later on in life. I know love makes people do even dumber crap regardless of the consequences. The comedy makes the topics easier to digest, like medicine taken with a spoonful of sugar. My only complaint is I have to wait a week for the next episode.

Priya Friends in my opinion let's just wait till the series complete because i think director giving bad ending to this drama i think he is try to make that stupid husband with wife who deserves better like the doctor who works in that hospital. How can whole family keep it as secret from her we know she is having health problem but they stand by her. Hoping in next episodes whole family agree to divorce him and be as lovers with that doctor and works in same hospital till he retires and she should be in higher position then him in the end, it's ok if director don't want that doctor and her to be lovers but still she has to be higher hand then him in the end, i think all agree she deserves this right ?

Random Jeong seok had practically built her life on destroying of seung hi's love, happiness built on others miseries doesn't last long. Jeong seok made this bed for herself and slept on it. Secondly, why did she need to go through senior resident's stuff? Basic manners to leave others stuff untouched. Third she always makes severe blunders and still acts normal, resident was extremely wrong in ignoring advice for suicidal patient but resident made 1 mistake and cha was talking to her in rude tone. She should tell resident's mistake but she was acting like she herself is always right with her chin held up and a stern expression as if getting it right once made her perfect.

Cha isn't very different person from her mil, husband or others surrounding her. Also taking suicidal patient to terminal illnesses ward, very wise, who suggested her this stupidity? Many such patients react negatively to such examples.

What I find annoying is that writers are trying to sneakily push the narrative that at cha's workplace she should get respect because she is age senior. My fav moments are when resident scolds her.

And honestly, why roy kim is so much interfering in her marriage is beyond me. She was gossiped at work place for affair with roy kim, did he even do right thing by hugging her before everyone at workplace, he just added to more rumors and her problems as her seniors were angry at her when they were having lunch.

Pika It was a great drama. I feel really angry and annoyed with the character of Dr. Seo who is the husband of Dr. Cha. How can he double-cross his wife and defend cheating? I feel sorry for the children of Dr. Cha because they knew about their father's extramarital affair and kept it a secret from their mother for fear of their mother falling ill again. Dr. Cha deserves revenge and a better life. I wait for other episodes and hope they are more appealing.

Kim Jongin I hope the ending would be them getting divorce bc Dr Cha deserves so much happiness !!!!! I hate that I need to wait another week for this ?

Kim Jongin @San ain't he the Manager in Love in Contract?

Sherie regon Betrayal of the whole family is shown in a sick and twisted comedy which isn't funny at all. I cried looking at how pathetic Dr cha is made seen. The betrayal by her own daughter and son disgusts me. I cannot relate at all at the reasons behind those betrayals.

SYL it’s a lighthearted makjang. there are some serious themes but the show presents them in a comical way for comic relief. all in all, the show isn’t bad! im actually excited to see the next episode.

Totallytwisted What a Sad and Sick comedy drama about a disgusting Dr lust for his 1st love Dr. Why don't he just Divorce?????? It is not a family!!!!!

It is a toss up......Dr. Cha just leave him???? Fighting!!!!

Steve It's not always clear where the show is being dramatic and where it is being satirical. As a result, the show comes off as soapy. Uhm Jung-Hwa seems more natural in comedies than dramas. Her bedside manner is supposed to reflect her motherly, nurturing side but the dialog sounds stilted.

madam mew this is when patriarchy goes wrong, and everybody keep forgetting how precious the mother. this drama humor is actually a good satire.

Random Ep 8 is when doctor cha must have realized how seung hi had felt when she learnt about inho and js pregnancy and cheating.

Also all 3 losers inho seung hi and cha are doctors, could neither of them ever find condoms or any birth control methods?

Cha is unlikeable, inho is disgusting but seung hi now is worst. Why? Because firstly she knowingly went after a cheater, she knows he cheated on her then why pursue same guy but what is seriously criminal on her parts is and makes her worst of all that she knowingly chose to get pregnant just to bring inho's child to the world when she knew baby will have no father figure and will live in misery.. What kind of doctors are these who don't know birth control methods? Even uneducated people are better aware.

koolaid Seung hi's daughter is a b*tch, tell irang's mom but why tell the girl and make her cry

Rizwan I wish the drama maintain its comedy. Although, maybe the drama will be more serious in latter part of it.

Chidinma I really wish people would give it a rest about their ages, this website provides the actors Infos e.g their ages Dr Cha is actually 54 yes old,I dont know about you but 2 me she looks really good and her mother in law is just 7 yes older than she is In reality so give it a rest guys. Someone said that the drama is unrealistic and i don't think so a lot of things that has happened in the drama happens in reality, her husband has been neglectful when he gave her the bracelet she told him that that was his first time of getting her a gift in over twenty years of marriage, that's what happens when you take someone for granted,we see this all the time and someone said that she is rude to her husband but you seem to forget that while she was at death's door he turned a blind eye to it and practically left her to die,if u ask me she is too nice and calm and of course he won't want her to come to where he works because that's where his mistress is,he wants to eat his cake and have it,at this point I'm just waiting for her to find out what kind of man she is married to

Tess Although ostensibly a comedy, my medical friends assure me that this series presents many situations that have actually arisen in their hospital. While Dr Cha’s medical knowledge may seem a bit rusty, she more than makes up for it with her communication skills and empathy. For example, being accidentally shocked during DC electro version is a well-recognized hazard and is the reason for the “Stand Clear” instruction before any attempt is made.

Comparing the age of the actor playing Dr Cha with those of the actors playing her mother and mother-in-law as in some comments seems a pointless exercise. What is important is whether they look and play their parts well. I think they do and this certainly adds to the authenticity of this drama. I think it’s a great production and forward eagerly to each new episode.

TDS Drama is misogynistic by far by the husband Dr. seo, see how small he is!!!!!

But what is ironic is how Dr. Choi treats him small as well.

This marriage needs to end a.s.a.p and Dr. Cha marry Dr. Roy

mmm There is literally an attempted suicide in this show and discussion about serious matters like choice of education, cheating, marriage, abandonment , medical cases, misogyny, even a misogyny victim like jeong seok has misogynistic attitude towards her son's gf, show is presented comically to not exhaust viewers, but how does it make a comedy and how does it give troll posters any right to stop people from adding comments.

TDS This drama is stupid what is low ow is the mistress and her daughter should just live with Dr. Seo.

I am done with him. !!!!!!

Garuth08 Well, the character personalities and the plot seem to have been written on a napkin after a lot of drinking. The storyline is totally illogical and requires a tremendous leap of faith. That said, I enjoy it as a dramedy. I really only look forward to finding out how the three kids progress. Choi Eun-Seo is the most mature and insightful person on the show. So, at the end of the day, I enjoy imagining how many elements of the show, individually, take on issues: domestic abuse; pressure on student achievement; blind devotion; sense of self-worth; family dynamics; and friendship.

Daesde Haha chill out people , it’s a comedy drama . I am thoroughly enjoying it . ??

koolaid I don't find the husband sooo bad as people say. Dr cha has recently joined the hospital and if you see she has caused major troubles already. What kind of doctor is she, like getting electocuted, losing a patient, like why ask for her to be uncuffed without having an officer accompaning you, it was unprofessionalism by both cha and police officer, what if that was a dangerous criminal who started attacking people? Then giving anti diahrreal meds, honestly any doctor would be tired of her and would kick her out of team and round ups like seo in ho does. Just because for some reason roy kim is super sweet to her it doesn't mean she is a competant person or others should ignore her flaws. So far her only credentials holding her at hospital are that she treats her parients kindly but is it only thing she needs?

People call in ho names but cha always talks to him abrasively and rudely and he never talks to her in same rude way. When he removes her from the round ups look at her audacity she storms into his room to ask him why he is doing it, keep your professional matters at work and at that she was talking extremely rudely to him like he owes her something and she was so entitled that she was not seeing her own workplace mistakes.

Then she has very little motivation, she took a big step never focuses on it, is always worried at workplace about husband and choi seung hi or grinding teeth at senior resident who treats her like other residents, she is always making faces at the resident. It is so ironic that some people were hating the resident for her harshness towards cha and on one hand they support cha over misogyny and stuff but at the same time were wishing resident to be ashamed and lose face upon finding out she is her bf's mom which is another kind of misogyny. Why should resident treat cha differently just because she is a mother in law? And why should she be subservient before her because she could be mil? If cha is obedient to mil it's bad but if cha's dil is obedient then it is great. ..??

On top of all she took a major step suddenly leaving her daughter behind when she needs her most so she should stay focused on her goal but if you notice since last 2 or3 episodes over every incident she sits and asks others should I quit, when chairman helps her I had thought she would stay firm but in ep 6 she was again sitting and asking about quitting, if you are so easy to quit on everything then why had you already caused so much trouble to everyone.

Her daughter vets hate for being rude but they should see all her life her brother and she were made dependant on cha for studies and school stuff, her mom didn't gradually cut this off instead did it suddenly and at the point when she is about to go to uni and if you have seen crash course in romance you would know how much korean parents stay involved in their kids studies, same was with irang and suddenly she is left to handle all on her own, how can she do that?

As of inho facing health issues like shoulder, balding etc dunno why these things were used as things to shame him when they are so common and prolly roy kim will have them too few years later. Atleast they are better than ruining your own liver by drinking some herbal bad medicines.

And cha had a hard life at home which she willingly imposed on herself but was inho's job as a surgeon ever easy?

Eliz I hope there is no romance between Dr. Roy and Dr. Cha, just friendship and respect. I wish Dr. Cha take revenge on and divorce her husband as soon as possible

Elle Maybe it’s the change of times or maybe it’s always been like this and I hadn’t noticed but the hyper focus on the actual ages of the cast members seems weird to me. This is why we have actors acting out characters and not as themselves. The characters look really good in this drama almost like they’re glowing but not in a fake or weird way. Kudos to the makeup artists because the looks are matching the storylines. As I said before the drama is funnier than I expected it to be especially with such dramatically heavy plots — the laughs are there. Also, it’s always interesting to see different thoughts when there’s cheating thrown into a plot because my gosh, it’s very telling.

I look forward to watching the rest of this drama ?

April Because of this drama, I've got to know the musical actor Min Wook Hyuk or Dr. Roy Kim. He was in the industry for so long but glad he made his international debut thru this drama, basically cause its on netflix. He's handsome, yes. But what made him more special was because of his reputation as a family man. I've watched his appearance on "The Return of Superman" and his "Happy Together" guesting, and I cried a lot cause he is really admirable. He even received a standing ovation from Jaesuk oppa. Really really admirable. I'm wishing him more success. Big respect!

justcupcakes I’m just waiting this because of Kim Byung Chul, he is hilarious on this one and it makes up for the ridiculous story. Like seriously the fact that none of Seo In Ho’s colleagues know who his wife is and the fact that Cha Jeong Suk never visit the hospital. She claims to be a devoted wife and mother, but not one she made a visit to her husband’s work to give him food or just to stop by. Come on, a wife has to know something is up when a husband hasn’t been intimate with her for so long, and they sleep in different bedrooms, common sense that he is getting some goodies from somewhere else. It’s off story that they made of the daughters of mistress and Jeong Suk are the same age and In Ho is the daddy. What an idiot mistress to continue to be the other woman for that long. He has never said to her that he will leave his wife, why the heck would she say around, it’s not because of her daughter. I don’t know what the writer was thinking about writing an unreality story.

I’m not trying to be mean but Jung Hwa looks to old for this, the fact that the actress playing her mother is only 6 years older than her in real life, they could of gotten someone else to play her mother. Putting Roy Kim is just eye candy and we all know the story is going to be another cliche second lead syndrome and ending is going to be that Cha Jeong Suk and Seo In Ho is going to divorce, she will live her life and do what’s right for her and her kids. The mistress and Seo In Ho is going to break up because he’s going to get jealous of Roy and Jeong Suk and try to become a husband again but won’t because he and mistress will get caught up by people at the hospital. Writers these days need to come up with something else than cliche and predictable ending.

heyy I agree with most commenters. The whole storyline is unrealistic. For me, I would just take this as a light comedic drama without thinking much. We should just savor the comedic action in this drama. But, I cannot stop my brain from thinking about some of the unrealistic plots. The most unrealistic part is about Dr Cha's who is in a recovery period but started a very exhausting career as a resident right away.

Her husband, Dr Seo has been working in the hospitals until he becomes a professor, no one ever visited his home or at least knows his wife. And, since he is having an affair with Dr Choi for the past 16 years or more (age of the daughters), no one ever spotted this even though both of them dated in public many times. Dr Choi is already an unrealistic mistress because she is pure stupid for agreeing to be a mistress for more than 10 years, not even once the guy take action to marry her. A mistress is usually loyal because she likes the guy's money. But, Dr Choi has a successful career. In real life, a woman who has career, money, brain, and beauty would leave. Pure stupid and unrealistic for waiting on a guy who never gave her a real family.

GreatWD Thank you for telling your old acquaintance life story...because we can think the lead character does the same thing to his family and wife.

Taking advantage of a good woman and wife. You will think the drama wife would leave him to his petty Dr side chick and daughter.
  Karma maybe??????????

Yu I am enjoying this very comical show, despite the story line telling an old acquaintance life story. I can still remember being traumatized hearing her story of giving up her medical career to raise the children, and pleadings with her wealthy husband, a doctor, for money to buy 2nd-hand clothes and shoes for the kids. He never invited colleagues/surgeons over and didn't take her to any parties or events. And she is still with him after 30+ years of his extra marital affairs. Art reflects life.

Gie Very nice drama I already watch 1-6 episodes on Netflix I can’t wait to the next episodes ,my stress reliever.

Random What is more surprising is that they are married tor more than 20 years infact must be 27 years as their elder son is a resident and he must be about 25 and in all these 27 years none of seo in ho's colleagues ever visited his family or his wife didn't attend any workplace event or parties that none of his colleagues know his wife's face, in a profession like his it is hard to be believe that there has been no socializing of his colleagues with his wife.

It is disappointing that cha jeong suk herself being a doctor is being so negligent that she isn't taking her meds and is not so much concerned about her liver.

I like late career part in drama.but I have to say we should question it realistically, is it possible for someone with health issues like jeong suk someone with a major surgery few months back, and is on immunosuppressants and is heavily prone to infection to work in a highly physically and mentally demanding job as a resident. I think if she wasn't ill it was okay but her illness just makes residency a very risky job for her and I am not sure in real world if it is possible for someone with her health issues to work on this job. Like professorship or general practice are okay but residency are too much and exhausting.

But still it's great writers showed this thing. I hope this drama inspires people.

sf It is strange that nobody has discovered the relationship between

Seo In-Ho and Choi Seung-Hi. Not even his mother. Did she not visit all these years his son at the hospital? Same for his wife. These two, the doctor and his mistress, seem to be the masters of the secret encounters. The drama is worth watching, has a balanced dose of humour and it is relaxing.

GreatWD Karma and/or recklessness by a guy who is full of himself!!!!!

Clearly let Dr. Seo and his mother leave and go to Dr. Choi Seung-Hi. Let her learn how to be a devoted wife and mother/Slave.
   Now that would be Karma????

Random Cha jeong seok started it by being a part of whole cheating thing anf then went ahead and marry the guy leading him to suddenly dump his fiance. Seung hi at that time was a victim, now it's jeong seok's turn to face the same, she also carried a child before a shocked girl friend now the ex gf also has a child with same man. Karma.

Elle This show is hilarious when it needs to be. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much. The doctor having two families is not surprising it is love to see how the fallout will be handled. I’m guessing his daughter with his first ? will spill the beans cause she is fed up with her mom. Also, im so glad this drama doesn’t constantly dump on the FL and uses humor in a way that it doesn’t seem dismissive.

Im looking forward to the next episodes!

NGS Woah really. When the drama have a comedic side, Its actually sad. Seo In Ho is really a creepy human being. Choi Seung Hi too. And their daughter, even tho its her parents fault, also creepy. Sorry to say that. She approach Irang for what? She really want her to become her family or to destroy that family? Such a scary family.

Just let Dr. Cha live by her own life. And let the kids know how os the mother also suffer, so they will more grateful having their mom.

Cant wait for the next episode

GreatWD Choi Eun-Seo is the child of Seo In-Ho & Choi Seung-Hi OK got it.

Therefore, the lead daughter and mistress daughter was born at the same time.
Writer and Director why wait for a DIVORCE just end the marriage, let Dr. Seo move on to the other family/Mother and daughter. Take his mother with him.
  Fighting ??????????

seina super fun drama to watch!! no wonder the rating is keep rising up

Yok I really enjoy watching this drama, first I didn’t expect to be this good. Recommended! I wish next ep will come early and I wish dr cha will success and have a good relationship with dr roy kim. Thay are all good acting in every characters.

Taeminlovely This drama is so good, i can't stop laughing. especially when dr cha said her husband had died ????

Queen This is the best Korean drama I’ve seen, very very hilarious, can’t wait for more episodes.

Yanti I love the song in episode 1 (tell me why can't you see me here, looking at you...) What's the title of the song?

olive Female lead is 6 years younger than actress playing mother and 7 years younger than her mother in law. Her husband actor is 6,7 years younger than her and roy kim is 12,13 years younger. She looks like sisters or part of mom's group with her mil and mom.

Cha jeong suk was unprofessionally bothering her son at work, as a doctor she must be aware of the workload and on top of it she is adding her own workload to his too. Then when he complains she reminds him how she gave brith to him, cleaned his poop and fed him, how is she any different from how her mother in law treats her son that is cha's husband.

If we look at cha jeong suk as an individual and not wife or mother or anything just as a person she doesn't come across as a very nice person too. It's like leaving roy kim out every character including cha in this drama is problematic.

Aozora ❤❤❤ ????

Lidz What song that Roy Kim sang in eps 4?

Anna Great job Kim Byung-Chul! Have been a fan of his since Goblin (can't forget his scary look and tongue there) and he's given some amazing performances in Doctor Prisoner, Sky Castle (WOW!), Pegasus Market, Σisyphus and now Dr Cha. Scene stealer! Keep up the amazing job you do! Big fan of yours!

Kuaci I ship dr.cha with roy kim, leave that stingy husband and find new husband who appreciates mother role.

Popeye Seung hi stop it and find a better man. I would actually like to see seung hi in a romance with roy kim. I dunno anyone would dislike seung, poor her is a victim and it was so bad when jeong seok apologized to her now 20 years later. Really ship seung hi and roy kim, both are good looking people and make good pair. Kim byun chul is also so handsome too and doing well in his character.

WowDrama You kind of wonder why Choi Seung-Hi and the Wimp Dr Seo just get married and stop the CAT/Mouse game.

Choi Seung-H would like a real family like her friend Dr. Seo's Daughter.

Fighting to know why the affair just leave Dr. Seo??????

Nor Love it. Funny. Make me laugh none stop. Good script writer, producer and the cast team. Well done.

WowDrama @Popeye & Nomo

It is a Drama and Choi Seung-Hi has a daughter by who? Might be step sister to Dr children.

Anyway I like how Dr. Roy Kim told Dr Cha when are you getting a Divorce?

Nikki I must say I love Cha's mother ( and best friend. They don't sugar coat things. Watching Cha's mother put In Ho's mother in her place, was the highlight of the episode for me. I honestly love Kim Mi-Kyung. She is one of my favorite actresses.

I feel for the poor son. He is stuck in hard situation. He tries to support his mom while respecting his dad. Like any mother Cha is going to protect and defend her son. So he can't escape her mothering him. He has to watch his dad project a false narrative the marriage and belittle Cha.

cCookie Interesting premise, love it. Although I find it kinda awkward how Kim Mi Kyung and Uhm Jung Hwa age is only a few years apart haha. Also I like Uhm Jung Hwa's acting here, she improve quite a lot. Can't wait to see more and where the main story go.

Popeye @Nomo if we see seung hi was madly in love with in ho. She was on a trip abroad and this happened which cha was justifying as 'two young blooded good looking people put together in a hot room made a mistake' , this was also a good cheating excuse for any upcoming drama. To her it was 2 hot blooded people slipping in moment of heat because she was also involved but when only speaking of husband she calls him bastard..

Seung hi never expected this would happen when she is abroad. Cha after getting pregnant knows seung hi is still with in ho but she still goes on to marry in ho, ofcourse that is a better option if you are pregnant and want to raise a child in a society which doesn't like single mothers, but in this whole process she knows seung hi's world would be ruined as seung hi might forgive in ho for sleeping with someone but the fact her bf is suddenly dumping her and has a pregnant on his arm imagine if you have to face this, won't one blame both guy and his side chick for ruining the world. If cha was such a thoughtful woman who cared about another woman she could have aborted the baby, or could have chosen to raise the child alone with only getting child support from inho and above all atleast she should have the decency to ask for seung hi's forgiveness but she doesn't even remember her name.

Seung hi is a woman from rich family, successful and beautiful but she was so much in love with in ho that she prolly stayed single or if she is divorced she still liked him enough to still get back together with a loser like him, she never found a closure so both cha and in ho ruined her world. She didn't just get cheated on, her bf DUMPED her out of blue and walked around with a pregnant woman before everyone and that too in the same class she was enrolled in,imagine seeing that daily, that's like being hit by a truck daily, this is why she left for usa and cut contact with everyone, and jeong seok doesn't even remember the name of woman.

Nomo @Popeye totally agree with you and i can see my mistake. And i've changed my mindset. But seriously, ruined the world? How?

Popeye @Nomo what kind of comment is this? Don't focus on women but focus on husband. Why? When people watch drama they analyze all the characters not just one. So why should only husband be focused on when there are other characters who are also there and at fault. Let people watch the drama and judge things based on story instead of trying to make it women vs men issue. Some poster said jeong suk was aware he was dating, if it's true then she is also a part of problem and doesn't have right to complain or call him bastard.

Also if she calls herself a bad person for that and as a result serves his family then how is she showing remorse to seung hi? Seung hi never received any apology infact jeong suk doesn't even remember her name. Seung hi is at fault for going back to same bad guy but she could also be harboring feelings of revenge against jeong seok for stealing her man and doing this in anger. Jeong suk ruined the world and happiness of another woman as well.

Nomo So, instead of focusing on the women. Let's talk about how big of douchebag the husband is. I just hope both women will have their own happy ending without that guy. And he'll be all alone with his mother.

Nomo So, instead of focusing on the women. Let's focus on the husband. How big of scumbag he is. Both of the women played so dirty by him that I hope the ending is that both women success on their own and leave that man.

Nomo I see that people focusing on the fact that she still sleep w/ her husband even tho know that he already have a GF. Ofc that's wrong but she said herself that she felt bad that's why she making it up by becoming the slave for her family. She acting like victim when the family dry her to the bone.

And come on comparing w/ the ex GF, she is worse. By the time she becomes the mistress, the guy already married and have kids. FL becomes the third person when they were still dating. And there's a difference between a physical to emotional cheating

Vickyfrank Dr cha is really annoying me. Why is she still being submissive after what her husband and mother-in-law did to her. I just had to to skipping scenes.

Popeye @courtney Oh God so she knew that. This is so bad and she was acting like a victim.

courtney @Popeye Dr Cha also says in the same scene that she herself was a brat for sleeping with in ho when she knew he was taken.

ayla who played young seo inho ??

Popeye Dr cha knew in ho is dating seung hi but she still sleeps with him? And she still calls him bastard when she also cheated.

Karen How is Kim Mi-Kyung playing the mum of Dr Cha. They are only a few years difference between them.

Catie Does seunghee have a hidden motive? I don't get why you would want to get back with your cheating ex boyfriend who impregnated another woman, especially with her spec and all..

Loop @Steve Omg so true I wanted to explain his expressions but didnt know how to, he always has a stunned shocked slightly open mouthed expressiom, like why like in every situation, he looks good and all but hos expression is always one of shocked and surprised.

Mao Two episodes in and I'm already hooked with this drama! I really hope Cha Jungseok and Seo Inho will get a divorce even after his character development.

Pammieee What's the title of the song? (Not the alone - rothy) the other one.

Thanks in advance for the reply☺?

Momo I don't usually watch medical dramas cuz they kinda bore me but THIS! I know it's still early but I'm hooked and can't wait for Saturdayyy (・ั﹏・ั)

Steve Min Wook-Hyuk always looks like he prepared for a different scene than the one he's in. Or maybe Uhm Jung-Hwa is speaking in verse because he seems genuinely surprised each time she speaks.

YeChance who played young seo in ho? he's kinda cute ??

WowDrama I think the Husband made the mistake when he was typing....LoL

Anyway can not wait until she start going with the young Dr. and Divorce the creepy husband/mother in law, and his chick on the side.

twt: bjregulus Two episodes in and so far, so good!

For now, I can say is I'm liking the plot. I just wish she didn't go to the same hospital to where his husband works as that direction is too cliché for this type of conflict. But, the idea of an adult person regaining self-love is such a beautiful concept. I am looking forward to her growth!

There is a comedic tone to this drama but I hope to see in the future episodes where In-ho and others who abuses Jeong-suk's kindness get what they deserve, on a satisfying manner even.

Kyu Uhm jung hwa is back! ?

Light Something to look forward to, the cast, the story, would be a good one!

Momo Ouu, looks like it'll be fun!

Alice The cast!! I'm watching!!
