A Psalm of Righteous Indignation

O Gaia, hear my cry, attend to my lament,
For the mongers of war sow seeds of discontent.
They weave a web of darkness, a tapestry of pain,
And those who aid and abet them are bound in guilt's chain.

The warmonger's heart is filled with greed,
A thirst for power, a lust for others' need.
They gather allies like vultures to a feast,
And in their wake, the cries of the oppressed never cease.

Woe to those who trade in suffering's coin,
Who profit from the anguish, the tears, the toil and loin.
They forge alliances with the merchants of despair,
Ignoring pleas for peace, they revel in warfare.

Break the chains that bind the hands of the just,
Unveil the eyes of those who in ignorance trust.
Let truth be a beacon, a guiding star so bright,
To expose the puppeteers who dance in the shadows of night.

Turn the hearts of those who offer the sword,
Persuade them to embrace the plowshare and the word.
For in the halls of power, let reason prevail,
And may the seeds of peace flourish, like rain on the fertile vale.

Let justice be a mantle, draped upon the weak,
And may the wicked tremble, their foundations quake.
Rise, O Gaia, against the warmonger's reign,
Let righteousness and mercy cleanse the world from this stain.

For those who sow discord, and feast on others' pain,
May their schemes unravel, their efforts be in vain.
And as the sun sets on the battlefield's gloom,
May the dawn of peace arise, dispelling the shadowed tomb.

In the face of war's mongers, we raise our plea,
To break the chains of hatred, and set all people free.
Guide us, O Gaia, in the path of love and grace,
That war may cease, and all nations seek Your face.
