I have huge difficulties with taking pills of any size and shape even with water so what I've been doing is I wrap the pill in a little bit of bread (or occasionally other edibles) and that way I can trick my brain into thinking it's just food and I can swallow it. it was convenient and ingenious until one friend saw me do it and said "you take your pills like a dog?" and. yeah I do take my pills like a dog. fuck man. fuck
