When the very institutions that produce our stories can’t see the worth of stories beyond their economic value, so much is lost. I know that many of the shows that got cut helped so many people in ways that will never show up on a spreadsheet.

Looks like Elon Musk fired the entire curation team. These were the folks who tackled misinfo, contextualized conversations via the 'Explore' page, and helped make Twitter an unmatched source for breaking news. This will make Twitter noisier, more dangerous & less interesting
